We had such a great time at our reception! Elite has been great to work with from the start. Alise in the office is so nice and helpful, she always put me at ease anytime we had any concerns. They also worked with us on several facets of the reception, including the fact we didn’t meet our minimum head count. Our final meeting with Alise was very calming, we went over everything, and she took all my instructions and understood what was going on. All my instructions, except one, were followed exactly, and everything was exactly how I expected it to be. They treat you like a king and queen at Elite. Marisol, our maitre’d was always around when we needed her, usually without asking, from the moment we stepped out of the limo and she was waiting for us. She was getting me another drink before I could even put mine down. She helped us back in the bridal suite, I couldn’t have asked for a better help. From what I heard from my guests, it seemed like they all had a great experience with the service. My parents kept raving about how they didn’t have to lift a finger, their waiter was always bringing them drinks or anything else they needed. They let me in for a sneak peek of the reception during cocktail hour, and I almost started crying. It was so beautiful, softly lit, with my votive candles. I couldn’t believe how nice it turned out. The one instruction they didn’t follow, was somehow the order of the headtable for the bridal party got confused, so our honor attendants were not sitting next to us… but in the scheme of the night, it was not a major thing. Nothing to be worried about, and I was having too good of a time to worry. The food was amazing, or at least I heard. ;-) I didn’t eat too much past hors devours in the bridal suite, but what I had was amazing, and I’ve heard from everyone how it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. They kept everything moving in the schedule, yet nothing was rushed. Dinner did not take the whole evening, so we had plenty of time for partying! I kept second guessing myself about Elite, as I would hear about other locations, but in the end I’m glad we stayed with them, because we had the party of our lives. Highly recommended.
