I have been a customer here for years and am sadly disappointed. The eye doctor’s diagnosed me incorrectly and caused more damage to my eyes by prescribing drops that were expensive and not necessary. They also charged me again for my follow up appointment for an issue that was never resolved. They are money hungry and lack customer service and common decency.

I went to get a pair of glasses with a prescription from my eye doctor. The woman who helped me was business-​like and pleasant enough I suppose but not overly helpful or nice. She got my email address wrong and I realized it later when I went to register my account on the For Eyes website. I called and asked them to change it and the woman I spoke to seemed like she couldn’t have cared less. She said I would get an email and my account would be updated with my eyeglass purchase. It hasn’t been. I like my glasses a lot but I would not return or recommend this For Eyes location. They probably get paid minimum wage and make no commission which is why they don’t care about customer service. I was not impressed at all!

Not to diminish Grace Tammera’s skills, their office proficiency needs polishing. Let me preface this by saying I understand, things happen; waiting in a doctor’s office is inevitable. And I do consider myself a very patient person. But time after time, patients (non-​emergency) who arrive after me were taken back to see the doctor on several occasions. If you have an 11:00 am appointment do yourself a favor and show up at 12:00 pm. Oh… and don’t expect an apology from the doctor and staff for running late… because they simply don’t care.
