Uv Nails

Wow worst nail experience ever. I’ve been here before and usually the most annoying things is the creepy guy but this time is the end I WILL NEVER RETURN. I went in the morning and no other customers were there with 5 workers and for some reason they gave me the «new girl» I literally don’t know if she had a license. She gave me the pedicure and had to ask the order of things and didn’t know how to do gel. She buffed my toe and made it bleed it hurt so bad! Then she tried to do one foot with gel while watching another girl do the other foot (they were both speaking Spanish but it was obvious she had never done gel EVER.) I was starting to get upset because It was definitely looking like two different people did my feet but Then they realized the were using the wrong light to set my gel and began trying to remove it with the head ladies help… So I got to enjoy having acetone put into my new cut and them actually using their nails to scrap my toe nails «clean» of the gel. No apology for the cut by anyone — the girl that did it or the manager. Poor service all around. At one point I had to hold back tears from pain, disappointment, and regret for choosing that place. Also there were dead and living crickets all over the floor by the pedicure chairs…

I went first thing in the morning, there is no waiting. The staff was very nice. I see a lot of these reviews are old so maybe things have changed. I think they did a fantastic job on my nails and my daughters. I will return.
Now on my second visit. I really think if your looking for friendly personal nail care this place is a must. Daysha does an amazing job (see photos)

I was here four years ago and had a much better experience than the one I had last weekend. I waited almost two hours (we were taking my friend out for the first time since having her baby so we really wanted in). Once I sat, I got the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. I got French tip. My nails were crooked after she filed them. They began to chip and break on the Monday after (had them done on Saturday). I’ve never been more unhappy with a manicure. I’ll never go back.

My first time there would be also be the last.
Compared to other nail salons I been to, I felt the did the absolute minimum when it came to manicures. They use OPI nail polish which is one of the best, but the polish lasted 3 days tops. I felt like I could do just as good as a job and saved myself the $ 15.
Customer service was just bad. After I washed my hands, I was trying to find a towel to dry off my hands and couldn’t find them. As I go back to the station I was sitting to ask the manicurist where the towels were, one of the workers as he walks pass me (an Asian guy with glasses) rudely hits my arm and points to the towel warmer. He couldn’t use his words to tell and instead had to hit my arm to get my attention.
Do yourself a favor and go some place else.

The first time I went, the woman was nice but scrubbed so hard that she gouged my toe and it took 6 weeks to heal. The polish lasted ok. The second time I got this creepy guy who stared at me and did a rotten job which didn’t last a day. My daughter got a nice guy who did nice flower artwork for free.
