It may have been that they are in the middle of doing inventory and restructuring thier store – today’s customer service was left wanting.
The retail specialist did not a great deal of information. It was readily apparent that she did not want to help me. When basic information was stated that there was a 50% increase in a line of product, she was dismissive.
As a potential solution to this problem, please help your retail associates with providing decent customer service by giving them access to resources to help them with thier jobs. Today’s experience suggest I should consider trying other supplement stores instead of this Lakewood branch in to which I have been loyal to for over six months and spend 75−100+ a month (1200 annually)

Tons of supplements for everything great employees. They seem to be cheaper then most places if you are looking for pre work outs and protein. They have been getting alot of new supplements in which is awesome.

this review is for lakewood and puyallup primarily. i absolutely hate coming here now when a few years ago i routinely dropped 2-​$ 300 a month on all my herbs supplements beauty needs and high quality protein powders etc… over time the employees-​mainly the females are just so unfriendly! seriously if ur going to say hello at least glance at ME not my feet! anyway i have since turned to ordering all my health and beauty products from either amazon (way lower priced then SS but sometimes the shipping takes forever and is unpredictable) but mostly
again lower prices FREE shipping on $ 20 purchase NO tax which is big since ours locally is almost 10% now plus their shipping is 2−3days max so fast and reliable. also they rotate their products for freshness which is very important to me. I’ve only been coming here now when i accidentally run out of an important item but after today at the puyallup store ill just do without even the guy was a snob yuk. on top of that their prices have been gradually increasing surley bcuz their biz is way down due to crappy customer relations no doubt. the product i purchased today was $ 5 and change more then it was a several months ago! seriously go to vitamin shoppe tacoma if u want awesome customer service if ur gunna pay those higher prices anyway peeps.

Very huge selection of vitamins and supplements. They have everything from a daily multivitamins to herbal supplements for immunity to body cleanses. They also have a whole wall of natural soaps, shampoos, lotions, and scrubs as well as a good variety of herbal teas and energy bars. The workers were friendly and helpful while not being pushy or trying to up sell unneeded products. Glad I finally walked in… I will be back!
