We went this past Friday night. We were waiting to see Star Wars at Regal Theater in Woodway. I’ve always liked Chili’s, so we stopped here. It was busy, but not to bad. We only waited 10 mins. We were seated and we ordered. Waitress was great! The time to get the food on the other hand was horrible. I would say about 30 – 40 mins wait. I ordered the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger. It was terrible. It looked like it had been sitting for a good while before I got it. It was not very warm. I wish I would have taken a pic of how many fries they gave me. Not many at all. Bad experience on this particular night. Maybe it will be better next time.

Dirty, poorly prepared food not even close to menu pic, old produce /black avocados /old tomatoes, long wait times, and no one cares. I got sick eating here. Last time waisting money here and possibly spending money in ER. Done!

The two stars go to Jennifer, the server, who was pleasant and prompt. I should have turned around as soon as I walked in and smelled the odor, that stale grease trap smell you can only find in a dirty restaurant. I had a hunger head ache so I stayed and ate. I should go with my gut more often. The menu was grimy. I ordered a chicken salad and, while it was edible, it was swimming in dressing. Swimming. Dripping. Less is more with salad dressing. It shouldn’t overwhelm the flavor of everything else. The little high tech gadget on the table you can use to pay your bill — yeah, yikky. I kept all my belongings in my lap. This place needs to close for a day or two for a top to bottom cleaning while all the doors and windows are open to air it out.

I am torn on how many stars to give. On one hand, the food was actually pretty good. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, Cajun chicken pasta and kids chicken fingers. My 11year old said the fingers were full of fat but she is picky so who knows. The other two items were good… Good enough I would totally go back again. On the other hand, the place is filthy. You know, the kind of filth where you use a napkin to pick up the catsup bottle and pull the germ-x out of your purse after simply touching the menu. The floor was sticky, the table was sticky and there was so much grime on the windowsill and wall, you could see it. I made my kids shower after we got home. If we eat Chili’s again, we will get it to go so I don’t have to look at that nasty building again.

I would give this place 5 stars because their food is soo good but, I have to admit I feel like I’ve been seeing this location go down a bit when it comes to cleanliness. My husband and I come here a lot so we notice when stuff is off and the last two times we went our menus had grease, ketchup, soda, on them. Someone should clean this up its gross to touch things that have old dried food on them before you eat. Also, the ketchup bottles had dried ketchup all on the sides and the pepper shakers looked like the bottle was wet when they added the pepper to the glass. It’s all about presentation and lately even tho the food is great I still felt dirty. Another thing I’d like to point out is the last few times we went they automatically tells us we can sit in the bar area and sometimes we just don’t want to sit over there where every one else is and we want a little more space but they seem to sit everyone all in the same Areas in that restaurant and it’s s little crowded at times :\

2nd time at this location a bad experience! Will definitely not be back at this location waitress took 10 mins to get drink order then it took us a hour to get our meal. we were seated before the table behind us management apologized to the customers behind us and nothing was ever said to us and we received our food after them. Waitress left and never returned after she gave us our food! I guess it’s a good thing they leave the kiosk at the table so we could pay and leave! Not to mention I guess food had been sitting because my chicken and rice was ice cold

Ok… just got done eating at chili’s and it was great. Dr. pepper bbq ribs are out of this world good. The margaritas are on point. New and improved… plus you can pay, play games, reorder drinks all from your table. Ok New favorite place…

Food delivery was slow in my opinion. Food tasted awesome, as usual fo Chili’s, and all employees were very helpful. Would visit again.

The manager was so wonderfully nice and understanding with us this evening. My 2 year old grandson had an ear infection this past week. We really thought he was over it. We arrived and promptly had our order taken. We were served ours drinks and appetizer. As soon as the grandson had a drink of juice he promptly threw up all over the table. Manager quickly came to help us and of course we left with the poor child ASAP. The manager kindly cancelled our order and did not charge us for the drinks and appetizer. Very nice understanding gentleman.

Great food! Our waiter, Woody was very attentive through out our dinner! We placed an order for onion straws & jalapeños. He informed us the appetizer was no longer on the menu. He went out of the way and made them for us! Wish all servers were like«Woody»!

I just got back home to my computer and I couldn’t wait because I had to write this review as soon as I could. My grandmother and I went to Chili’s for a late lunch on Wednesday, September 10th around 3 – 4 o’clock. When I lived in Waco, I went to that Chili’s a lot and it’s either been really good or just meh. But, this time… I ordered Bacon Ranch chicken quesadillas and my grandmother ordered the Monterrey Chicken. And that food – especially the chicken that my grandmother ordered – was, I kid you not, the best cooked and prepared chicken that I have ever tasted in my life. The chicken was juicy and the perfect consistency. The toppings were in perfect proportion and nothing overwhelmed anything else. Everything simply accentuated the natural taste and great selection of chicken. You could tell that that was made with pride. My quesadillas were also the best I’ve ever had from any Chili’s ever. They were perfectly cooked. They were nice and crispy without being overcooked. The cheese wasn’t rubbery(as it can be sometimes) – it melted and was the perfect consistency. Just like my grandmother’s chicken, the chicken in the quesadillas was also cooked just perfectly. It was absolutely astounding. That’s the first time I’ve ever, ever, ever asked that the waiter compliment the chef directly. That chef has passion and a great care for his food and it absolutely shows. Our waiter, too, was amazing. He was very personable, kind, energetic, and was perfectly on time and never kept us waiting. He was even patient as I kept forgetting things I need to ask and kept having to run the poor boy!(Sorry! Thank you for being so kind about it, though!) I wish I could remember his name(the kiosk thing didn’t actually print out our receipt – I guess that’d be the only bad thing about this? – and I forgot to ask for another copy.) But we were sitting to the left side of the restaurant by the entrance. I’m not sure if schedules could be checked to find out who was working but, seriously, he was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. Everything about this visit was just a joy. The best chef and waiter I’ve ever, ever had. Wish I could give more than a five star rating! Seriously, it was that good!

Slow, took forever to get refills. The manager walked by us 3 times with no greeting. I called him on it and brought to his attention the chicken plates that had bad cuts of meat and over-breaded. His response was, «no that’s not normal» and that was it. Would Not recommend this Chilis location.

Went for lunch and was greeted by cheerful hostesses and an equally cheerful waitress. So far, so good. Ordered a lunch combo: a bowl of Terlingua chili and a salad. Now you’d think that a place called«Chili’s» would have great chili and be proud to show it. Don’t get me wrong — the chili was good. But the bowl was about 2⁄3 full AND it held a lot less than it first appeared to. The bowls themselves have a very thick bottom, which reduces the amount of soup/chili/queso that might otherwise be delivered to the hungry customer. A bowl of chili at this Chili’s is about the same as a cup of chili just about anywhere else. C’mon, Chili’s! It’s GOOD chili, but make it a Texas-sized portion instead of rationing it out like some cheapskate penny-pinching cookie-cutter nationwide chain restaurant! Oh, wait…

I was a Chili’s fan until I moved to Waco. I’ve tried it multiple times but I am always disappointed. The service is always beyond slow and the food is always ice cold, especially the skillet queso and that is one of my favorite things. It should be burning hot when delivered to your table but I’ve probably been here a dozen times and had the cheese cold and already getting hard a gross by the time it gets to my table. Last visit I noticed a roach scurry across the busy dining room and was pretty grossed out. I understand that restaurants probably all have a roach issue to some degree, but I feel like seeing one in a busy dining room means there are a lot more.

I really like their burgers and appetizers! The service is usually really good except only once. I like how far it is away from Baylor, so I’ll go here to get away every now and then.

My husband and I had lunch at Chili’s today. He had the bacon hamburger, I had the regular nachos. Both of us were quite satisfied with our lunches. His hamburger, with everything(tomato, lettuce, pickles, and of course bacon) actually held together enough for him to eat it without resorting to a fork. That is an amazing bun – not tough, but sturdy enough to support the food. My nachos were very good – adequate sour cream and pico de gallo to have with each nacho, not too much cheese, and fresh jalapenos. Our server, Maria, was attentive without hovering. She made sure we were aware of all options, delivered the food and drinks promptly, and was very pleasant. My only suggestion for Chili’s is that they limit their menu. Their current menu resembles the novel«War and Peace” – inserts, special sections, and they seem to be trying to cover every option from pizza to salads to burgers to ribs. Decide what you can do well, and do it without throwing every possible menu option at your customer!

They’ve downgraded their food quality. cheaper ingredients now. The guy who serviced me for my to-go order was on the ball with his service manners. I assumed he maybe a waiter too. The $ 30 worth of food I ordered was sad. The flatbread pizza dough was super waxy and hard — think cardboard with garlic on it. The fixings on it were spread so sparingly. The burger was tough. The fries were missing. I also saw in the kitchen. They were microwaving up the food, yep. So much for home style taste. Not much difference than your typical drive thru.

I would say that they are hit and miss. Hitting more than missing. I’ve only had a few bad experiences in the tons of time I’ve been here and the management has always more than made up for any inconvenience I might have had. They were considerate of their customers. Food portions are huge and delicious. Two people could eat off of one plate if they wanted. I’m a big eater so I don’t like to share that often. My favorite is the Chicken Crispers. Delicious.

I have never been a huge fan of Chili’s. I will say that their menu has gotten a little better. So I may give it another go.
