Probably the best traditional tacos in Waco. Very easy on the wallet with three tacos for around $ 5. Cash only. My favorites are the pollo, barbacoa, and al pastor. Cabeza comes with a grilled jalapeño so sometimes I have that added to the barbecoa. Although, the al pastor has been inconsistent — either amazing or average. Red sauce has the nice dried chili flavor and their green sauce is tomatillo. Corn tortillas are great and they have flour as well.

Best tacos in Waco, tx. Authentic and flavorful. The tender barbacoa melts in your mouth. The tortillas are fresh and it is made to order. My husband loves the grilled peppers. Order more than you think or you will go back for more!

This is my second favorite taco stand in waco. Good food and a great price. The only complaint I have is that they don’t take credit cards, cash only. I always order chicken tacos, occasionally a burrito. There usually isn’t a big crowd in the evening and you can wait in the car until your number is called.

This is my favorite taco stand in Waco. The staff is friendly and understands just enough Spanglish to get my order down. If you really don’t remember any Spanish at all, there’s a translation of all the meats on the side of the trailer. And oh, what a list of meats it is – this place has most of your taco stand favorites. The tacos are scrumptious, from the perfectly warmed tortilla to the superb meats served just right: with onions and cilantro. There are a variety of Mexican sodas for sale to wash them down with. Las Trancas #2 is all that is taco stand. There’s usually a line for a reason. They’re open super-late, so you can get your authentic munchies on at 1 a.m. The parking lot is gravel, but it’s worth getting a little dirt on your car for some awesome tacos. There’s even a picnic table if you’d like to eat there.
