Starbucks

I just want to apologize to the poor person that had clean up the women’s room at Starbucks on March 5 2016. I am apologizing for the ENTIRE human race. I had to stop at this particular Starbucks yesterday because my daughter was being picked up by her dad. I went to the women’s RM before I left. I could not believe what a supposed person had done in there. I would die before I would let someone clean up that mess after me. To the poor young woman that I am pretty sure does NOT make enough money to make up for what is burned into my mind forever, you are a Saint and you will receive your reward sometime in your life. I am an RN and have worked in ER as well as Labor and Delivery and I am ashamed of any person that would leave that mess for someone else. If you are well enough to go to Starbucks, you are well enough to clean your mess up!

Holy smokes would you look at the reviews?! I definitely didn’t have the same experience as the others. There were about three cars in front of mine and all went through relatively fast. The young lady at the drive-​thru window was really sweet and had no issues with scanning my Lucky Dozen reward on the Starbucks app. I was very happy with my chai tea latte to keep me going on the rest of my road trip.

Well they e gone up one star since my last review. Today was better. The barista at the register was great! Efficient and polite. It was packed, but they were quicker than usual. Not surprising, my caramel frap was just shaved ice w cool whip. While I should have been ok with that (less sugar and calories) I opted for the full fat version. another barista promptly re made for me and it was much tastier. Thanks Waco Starbucks! Glad to see the friendlier staff.

Service is so slow here… It’s absolutely terrible. I stop here because it’s conveniently located between Austin and Dallas, but the drive thru typically takes 30 – 45 min. Hire more people!

I have no complaint about my coffee… however, I have never been in a Starbucks before where no one is really smiling and they all look like they hate their job. My husband noticed the same. If you dislike waiting on customers, quit your job. And if the frappuccino is going to take a lot longer than expected, because you spilled the first batch and had to clean it up, don’t cop an attitude because we are wondering if someone else grabbed ours by mistake. Communicate people!!! Smile!!!

Stood in line behind 1 person while the cashier was chating with her. Apparently, the register wasnt working, but he didnt bother letting the line know, so people atarted leaving. The other register was fune but he decided to wait on his to start working. All i want is coffee and ill be in my way. Goodbye, going somewhere else.

I drive through here frequently but can never go in because the parking lot is horrendously small! Once you get in the Starbucks there is never an open table! They have renovated this property but very much underestimated the size of the building and lot! They need to build in this location a stand alone building! Service is good though and workers are friendly.

More preoccupied with cleaning up rather than taking and filling orders. As someone who used to work in the food services industry, I get the need to do so, especially as the night comes to a close. HOWEVER COMMA, 5 minutes to place an order and an additional 5 to fill a plain iced coffee order with no one in front of me with quite a few hours left in operation in unacceptable.

Tragic experience to expect a little flexibility when you place an order after 2 on the «perfect pairings» special… Oh no, our system won’t let me do that !
Oh really, you can’t choose to hand me a different pastry from the box? Really!

I asked for 3 different drinks and they didn’t have them! Ended up with something less pleasant. Service was also rather slow. Not pleased overall.

No dark coffee at all. ITS A COFFEE SHOP! Also out of the top two latte flavors «because the holidays are over» ??? Put a piece of red tape over them or change out the menu panel!
Also the coffee took way too long because the «baristas» we’re just chatting it up and not moving fast enough. Coffee drink not hot enough. Too much hip and not enough service.

Some staff knew what they were doing and were friendly. Some had attitude and had no idea what they were doing… my pour over coffee turned out like warm milky water??? Maybe needs to do a little better training :/

I travel a lot from Austin to Dallas, and this Starbucks is always the most convenient stop for right off the highway.
The coffee is the norm, but the customer service is horrible. The employees are always seemingly unaware of their customers.
They could do better.
I’ll probably come here again, but it’s for convenience only.

The drive-​thru can be a bit slow at times but the location is highly convenient and the staff are very friendly.

The lines might look long but have speedy service. I had the best green tea frappé I have ever had at this location, absolutely perfect.

I travel from Dallas to a small town two hours south of Waco a few times a year and always stop here. Every time I’m even more disgusted than the last time. The service isn’t great but that’s about half the time and college kids work there so I’m not too surprised. My husband does say they don’t make good coffee there. But THE BATHROOMS! And overall cleanliness of the store. It’s so gross.
If you think avoiding the fast good restaurant to go take a potty break at the Starbucks is a good idea, it’s likely that you’re wrong. I think the kids working there think they’re too cool to clean bathrooms. I’ve literally seen a woman walk in there with a dog (not a seeing eye dog, just a regular dog) and the employee acted like they were too scared to say anything.
Today was my last day going there. I will be finding a new spot to stop before Waco. The barista was giving attitude back to an entitled customer and it was just a little too much.
Hey Waco, how about a Seattles Best? I like their coffee better anyways.

Hit the spot on a road trip. Clean, fast, friendly. In and out, and on my way (cinnamon dulce latte breve in hand, mmmm).

A very busy starbucks! Parking can be a challenge during peak times but the staff works effectively together. The bathrooms were fairly clean too. I know that this review is short but starbucks is like walmart, been to one, you’ve been to all.

(Original Post 2÷22÷2014) My boyfriend and I have only ever gone through the drive-​thru at this location, but the staff has always been friendly to us and quick on getting our orders to us. They haven’t messed up an order yet and the drinks always taste yummy. It’s a little bit hectic getting to it sometimes from the opposite side of the street, but it’s worth it for the little treat here and there. I would recommend this location.
(Edit 3÷25÷2015) We’ve since gone in a few times and they’ve been just as friendly and efficient when going inside as well as drive-​thru. They’re quite knowledgeable and most of them seem to know several of the secret menu recipes and have been willing to create or learn ones they may be unfamiliar with, which is awesome. Still not had a single gripe with this location.

Busy due to it being the Saturday after Christmas. Lots of people on the road getting home. They were quick, efficient, and friendly though. My caramel macchiato with extra caramel hit the spot.
The only thing I would suggest they of is place a mat or something under the paper towel dispenser in the ladies bathroom. There was a massive puddle due to water dripping. Unsafe and kind of nasty.
