Really good! I have only had the iced piña colada tea so far but it was very yummy and refreshing. Just a hint of sweetness!

First off, the tea here is incredible! We love both the hot tea and cold tea. I’ve used the drive thru once to get a loose-leaf tea made– it took only about 10 minutes. We have been inside many times and used the tea-bar which is pre-made cold-teas. They are delicious! One reason i’m not doing 5 stars is because the customer service is not great– sometimes it is good, other times, the staff are more interested in having conversations with each other, but overall, customer service is not too bad, but certainly not great. The other reason is that I find it very weird that you can’t use the drive thru to get the pre-made cold-teas. They only sell the brewing-tea in the drive thru. For moms and dads with kids in the car, this would be a great way to improve service– offer the pre-made teas in the drive thru for quicker service

I have seen this store the last couple of times while visiting my daughter in Waco. This morning, I finally decided to stop in before heading back to DAL. I’m really glad that I did! They had a pretty good selection of loose leaf tea and some already brewed. Very clean establishment and friendly staff. I will definitely stop by again.

Very friendly staff, amazing selection of tea — over 100 flavors — and an atmosphere perfect for relaxing, studying, or even a date. This is a great little place and the tea is cheap and delicious. I would say this place is definitely better than teavana.

My first visit to Tea2go I knew I was hooked– bought their tumbler to get a discount on my future refills there! I enjoyed an iced peach tea sweetened with stevia. They also have some delectable desserts to savor with tea as well as some imported food choices from The Mix. The process is one similar to Starbucks in that you order and have to be a little patient to get the goods. This place is worth the wait and a perfect drop in place for a work meeting, chat with friends or even a very casual date. Keep up the great work!

I’m obsessed with Tea2Go and the service is fabulous! I used to go to the tea bar but a sales associate convinced me to try the loose leaf… And I’ll never go back! My favorite is the energy tea with 1 scoop of vanilla bean sugar and 1 scoop of cane sugar!

My boyfriend and I were daily customers for the first month or two that the Waco location was open. I absolutely loved that the tea bar was quick at the drive thru and was even more impressed by the black coconut sweet tea. I’m the one who introduced the place to most of my coworkers, many of whom are daily Tea2Go drinkers now. We signed up for a Tea2Go card, etc. Basically, we were addicted. One day we were informed that the tea bar would no longer be available at the drive thru because it wasn’t convenient. First off, that makes zero sense. If the tea bar is ready-made tea and the alternative is waiting four minutes for tea to brew, wouldn’t the tea bar be MORE efficient? It makes zero sense for a restaurant to make their fastest form of their product unavailable at the outlet that implies the fastest service. If the«convenience» is for your baristas’ sake, a.k.a. they didn’t want to make the 15 ft walk to the tea bar from the window, that’s a sorry excuse and a sorry way to treat your customers. Of course, we soon got over that and began to enter the store when time would allow to get out teas. However, any time we would enter the store, we would be approached by a sales-oriented barista who would ask where we were headed. If our answer was«The Tea Bar», we would immediately be bombarded by line after line after sales pitch for one of the fresh-brewed teas. I understand that you need to make money, but even if we said we were in a hurry, they would try to get us to buy other tea. My boyfriend has even been dogged at the register for not having a membership card. Even after telling the cashier that he and I share one, there was no stopping them. He was asked three times in a row if he was sure he didn’t want one. In a single visit! I’ve worked in retail, I know how it works. But if the manager doesn’t get a rein on their employees, more and more people are going to stop visiting like myself and my boyfriend. You guys have lost our daily business, and I know of at least 5 other daily customers who rarely enter your store anymore for the same reasons. Learn how to treat your customers and maybe it won’t be so hard to keep them returning. And stop being so pushy with the hot tea; its Summer. In Texas. Of course I’m not going to switch to hot tea from my iced one. Ask me later, in winter, when it makes so much more sense for that to be your featured product.

I like the concept of this place, and their loose-leaf teas are delicious. I’ve visited 5 times and love the drinks. However, every time I’ve had to go here the service is ridiculously slow. I know that if you get loose-leaf, you have to wait for it to brew… but almost 30 minutes is crazy. I wasted half of my lunch hour here. I like the concept, but after 5 visits when this has been the case, the slow service makes this a place I will now seldomly visit. I can get iced tea at McCallisters or Starbucks. Sure, it’s lower quality and they have less flavors, but it sure beats a half-hour wait for iced tea…

It’s a less pretentious Teavana with indoor seating. You can select your own blend from their extensive selection and wait for it to brew or choose a pre-made tea. We were encouraged to take the former option, and we enjoyed a summery black tea over ice.

They have a huge selection of teas that you can get hot or cold. They also have lots of different sweeteners to customize your drink with. They have premade teas if you just want to drop by and get a cold tea for the road. Free wifi and couches make it a good study spot as well!

It’s like Teavana, except less overwhelming. The staff was super helpful as they walked my husband and I through the whole ordering process. If you love tea, you must try this place!
