They can be very slow, but that this because they make all the sandwiches only after am order. That bogs it down, but personally, I am more than happy to wait for a high quality sandwich.
If this was just a coffee shop, this review would be lower, but it isn’t.

Typical for a coffee shop that employs kid. I was asked if I had the reward card. I didn’t and don’t. I was not asked if I wanted one. I visited caribou of waconia 2 – 4 times a week. Now I will go to a different place to wind down. The staff is friendly and prompt, but not professional. I would not recommend for adults. Teenagers and young people should like this place but not adults who want a quite place away from it all.
