I wanted to take the time and review this company for sending a great tech out to my house in Mesa yesterday — I was not home but my family told me he was very nice. once I got home I was very satisfied w/​the work he did! I will be contacting them again. I recommend! ;)

I had All Bright clean all carpets (5 rooms) in a two-​story condo, including the stairs. Very courteous and professional on the phone; arranged for next day service (a Saturday). The young man Jon arrived within the promised time frame and immediately got to work, which took about 1.5 hours. He was always courteous and never seemed to waste any time.
Base price based on Groupon discount was quite reasonable. Additional $ 20 to do stairs (o.k.) and additional $ 20 travel charge. That surprised me a bit because it is not a standard charge, but the company is in Waddell, which is very, very far from the condo. Paid agreed price via credit card and Jon’s cell phone. It’s amazing what good marketing courtesy, professionalism and promptness is. I will be calling them again to do several more jobs coming up.
