If you stop here before noon, you likely will be ok. But, after 4pm or so, you get warm coffee, barely warm soup, very small salads in a large bowl, & filthy floors. We’ve been customers here since they replaced the old steakhouse that was here, & we may not return… the staff in the evening really seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere… unpleasant & new.

Breakfast and lunch times are always good here. The green tea is the best. The dinner staff rushes orders and over does it with the condiments.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and we had a completely miserable experience. It took us over 45 minutes to place out order and receive our food. When out food was ready we were then informed that they are out of flatbread for one of our sandwiches. How does happen aside from completely poor management!!! Plan your staffing and supplies correctly. Terrible management. We like Panera but we will not return to this location.

Yep, it’s Panera. Not much different than any other Panera, although the people here have always been cool when we cruised by with a shouty infant (we usually stop here on the way to Grandma’s house.)
