Boston’s North End Pizza Bakery

I just stopped by this pizza place with my wife and it was great. We walked in not knowing it was closing time but they were super friendly and customer service was awesome. The pizza was top notch thin crust New York style pizza. I will definitely be going back for more. Thank you.

Good pizza. Beautiful location. Don’t think about asking for a side of marinara sauce tho; end up paying 50¢ for watered down tomato soup

Good pizza but the customer service is not the best and my last trip there was pretty inconvenient and annoying! I called ahead to order a cheese slice and was told it would take 30 min as they had to make a cheese pizza. Cool. Got there a little after 30 minutes to find out that their debit card machine was down and I would need to get cash out around the corner… It would have been nice to have been notified over the phone. Whatever, I was really craving their pizza so I decided to get the money out. I get back after 2 minutes and the debit reader is now up! At this point I just want my pizza and am ready to get the heck out of there. She says «Are you Lauren for the cheese slice… here you are». I pay and leave. I get home and open my bag to see that not only did they give me the wrong slice but they gave me an OLD, barely heated up spinach pizza. I immediately called them and started to speak and the girl says «oh my gosh is this lauren I’m so sorry I have your slices here». They are about to close at this point and I told her forget it I’ll be in for my correct pizza the following day. I usually always check my food but didn’t this day as she had the pizza in her hand like she knew exactly what it was.
I go the next day and the manager or owner is there and was very unfriendly and told me I should have called first because they didn’t have a cheese ready. I decided to take a pepperoni which she heated and handed to me with no apology or nothing. Needless to say they won’t ever be getting a tip from me. But I will return because the pizza is good!

We ordered cheese pizzas for pick up. The slices were huge, pizza was good but not great. Salad was ok, I would skip it.

I’m born and raised south of Boston and have experienced pizza from the north end. It’s close, I will give it that much. Could’ve been more pepperoni on the pizza but it was still good. What I didn’t like was the location. It’s located right above a biker bar and with the windows open you can get a side order of lung cancer with your pizza. The menu is small. Didn’t see any calzones, pastas, etc. The employees were nice. One seemed really lazy though. The girl that was working was making comments to him, was funny to watch. She was good at tossing the dough. My son loves watching it. We went on a Sunday night and it was pretty dead. Took about 20 minutes for our pizza to come out. I really think the owners have a great idea there with tons of potential, but could definitely capitalize by having a wait staff, liquor license, house salads, and some dimmed lighting.

The pizza was very rubbery in texture and the crust felt a little stale when bitten into. I’m not sure if it was just the pizza we got or what because I see good reviews on here. Might have to give them another shot.

So far the best pizza I’ve had on island and the closest thing to NY Style pizza. Only setback s the parking. Prices are very reasonable too

As said in my review of the Aiea location, Bostons North End Pizza has always been a household favorite with its large pies and various pizza toppings as well as the taste and type of the crust.
This location went a bit beyond the call last night though, after spending most of a day moving furniture and boxes to the nearby apartment building we decided to check if Bostons was still open, we walked inside at about 20:05 and the lady behind the counter greeted us, she asked if we were picking up an order and I said that we were hoping to /​make/​an order.
Turns out that Bostons closes at 20:00 on Sundays so we were a bit out of luck, the oven was already shut down and everything.
BUT they had one pizza still in the oven, a Pepperoni that was.. . kind of disfigured, an accidental pizza, she offered it to us and we took it.
5 minutes after closing and we still left with a very edible pizza. .. it was kind of oddly shaped but it was good.

I’ve heard people rave about this place and decided to check it out for myself. It’s ok, but it’s nothing to write home about. I get that the slices are huge but it’s still way overpriced. I more than likely won’t be back.

Worst service ever ! Order took f-​ing 35 minutes on a night that wasn’t even busy, and to top it off the lady tried to make me pay twice saying i hadn’t paid yet. Very poor experience overall.

I’ve only ordered delivery from Boston’s before, but their pizza is the best I’ve had on the island so far. Their pizzas are huge and taste great… definitely worth the money!

Okay — so I telephone order 5 large pizzas today September 14, 2015 and go to pick it up at 11am.
The owner is working the counter — a beautiful Asian woman and her gorgeous blonde assistant.
Customer service: Excellent
Friendliness: Excellent
Value: Excellent
Speed of readiness: Excellent
Pizza rating: Excellent
In all seriousness — this was my first time in there — I don’t know the owner — this is a real rating.
I was truly impressed. They were very friendly and we’re all about customer service.
The place is located next door to Kemoo Bar.
I will go back. You should too!

Super slow. Called in order but still had to wait 45 minutes after I got there 30 minutes after I called

We’ve been to the one in Aiea, but we’ve never tried the one in Wahiawa before.
There weren’t too many pre-​made slices in the case, so we ordered a whole pizza.
I just wanted to eat simple and not so garlicky kind, so I mentioned margarita. The girl who took our order quickly started tossing a dough and created our half pepperoni half margarita pizza.
While we were waiting, we enjoyed conversation with the owner lady (?) She was very friendly and nice. Pizza came out about 15 min, I think. Fresh and good. I remember the last slice I had before at Aiea was rather rich and oily. This one wasn’t oily.
Only regret I have is, I forgot to ask if they have fresh basil or not. They used dried basil.
I’ll definitely come back again, though. That was a good pizza after all even though I’m not a Red Sox fan!

We like coming here. Staff is always nice. Pizza is good and the slices are huge. I always get the calzones that take about 25 – 30 minutes to cook. Don’t forget to get the pizza sauce to dip it in. Prices for pizza is a little high, but the quality is better than the usual pizza places.

Pizza is not too bad. Garlic knots are pre-​made NOT made to order :-(
Always smells like a thrift/​antique shop when you enter. The pizza sitting in the glass never looks appetizing. We always order a whole pie and watch it to be made.

As I’ve mentioned in prior posts, I’m NY-​born & raised, and facist when it comes to Pizza (and Buffalo Wings, but that’s another post). I’ve been on a quest for years for good NY-​style pizza on O’ahu, and have had a number of close-​calls, but have not found a place that I could rely on consistently. Antonio’s was great, but went out of business. Spaghettini in Haleiwa used to be pretty good, but has disappointed recently, and is quite the drive, even from Mililani.
As ironic as it may seem (by the «friendly» sports rivalries between Boston and New York), a place called Boston’s serves up some of the best NY-​style pizza that I’ve ever had on O’ahu! Pie is a huge 18″, crust is perfectly foldable NY-​style, sauce & cheese perfect, and toppings plentiful enough without being overwhelming!
Stick a fork in this quest; it’s done! Boston’s at Kemoo Farms in Wahiawa is my new Friday night go-​to joint for perfect NY take-​out pizza, and has my vote for the best O’ahu Pizza!
If only they delivered, they’d get 6 stars!

I love this place! They have a great variety of pizzas and they are always hot. Once you choose your pizza they put it in the oven. You get two huge slices! Their prices are reasonable too. I come here a lot and haven’t been disappointed yet!

Don’t confuse the Wahiawa location with the one on Kamehameha in Aiea because it’s no where near as good. Got our second pizza at the Wahiawā location and it was worse than the first which was not great. Stingy with the toppings, unappetizing ingredients and borderline staff (not friendly but not unfriendly).
The Aiea location (where we have gotten countless pizzas) is excellent and the staff is fun and interesting. Go to the Aiea location if you have a choice.
