I have only had Jimmy’s food at catered events but I have to say he deserves more stars and some more recent reviews. His pastries are light and flaky and delicious, but at the catered event he cooked beef, pork, and fish on the grill – all with different seasonings and all really tasty. My favorite dish was dessert: strawberry shortcake. Jimmy sliced open sweet scones, slathered on whipped cream and a huge scoop of strawberries. Delicious!

the food looks good in the cases, but isn’t really that great. and it’s too expensive to be in Wahiawa.
