Pizza Hut

I tried to order brownies and they told me I have to order 15 dollars worth of food + it will take them a whole hour to bring my food, so I called Dominos and ordered the marble brownies. It will be at my house in less than 30 min

Pizza was okay they barely put any toppings on it. Also whoever cut the pizza has the strength of a baby with no arms, the pizza was not cut at all! It was super expensive for a large two toppling stuff crust.

I ordered delivery last night because I was craving pizza. I’m giving one star for the nice delivery person & it came at the time they said. Even though it took kinda long, the pizza was cold. Not even the least bit hot. It was hard and tasted like it had been cooked all day and left out. It tasted like left overs. I’m so upset because I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominoes and I’ve never had a crappy pizza from Pizza Hut until last night. I’ve ordered Pizza Hut twice from the Mililani Pizza Hut, take out at Pizza Hut & delivery, it was by a long shot way better than this Pizza Hut. I’m never ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Pizza was on time, exactly what I asked for and the lady at the register was extremely helpful, I didn’t get her name but she was very nice.

If I could give this place negative stars on there customer service and sense of urgency, I WOULD! The pizza’s were ok, the pasta was so dry! There’s really little to no thought into preparing a pizza and pasta… really!!!
This place and the manager is a JOKE! So I placed my order on-​line for carryout and requested a time of 530p for pick-​up. We arrived a little late, 540p to pick-​up, but our order still wasn’t ready until 6p… what the heck!
We get home without checking our order before leaving the store because at this point we’re rushing because we had company for dinner.
Long and behold… our order was not correct, surprise surprise! Instead of running back down to the store to get it fixed, we just called the 643‑1111 phone number. That customer service rep was just as bad, had to repeat our problem 3 times before she could finally comprehend what the heck I was telling her, «MY ORDER IS WRONG»…DUH, I don’t know where they find their employees… grrrrrr. So the phone rep finally gets back to me after also being put me on hold for like 10 minutes and tells me, «I just spoke to the store manager and she is too busy to talk to you right now, but she will call you back as soon as possible». Well, WTF… it’s already 48 hours later, what a waste, guess they were pulling names from a Cracker Jack Box on promotions for this hire.
I’ve worked in customer service for over 20 years and so that’s real important to me, but NEVER will this store get my business, again!

The pizza took an hour which was OK. But the delivery guy was rude to my husband and my husband told him to leave. They refused to come back with our order. Not very nice.

So we were unable to order delivery online because we live in the new housing on HMR. When we did order the girl that took the order obviously wasn’t a good a good sales person because the whole time she seemed to want to talk me out of ordering. First she mentioned the long wait then she seemed to try to discourage us from ordering extra toppings since they cost extra. Well after I ordered the reinforced me of the hour and a half wait time. This is self inflicted, however an hour and a half delivery time seems a bit long. We ordered the Big Dipper pizza with the explorer sauces. The pizza finally arrived after and hour and a half and it arrived COLD! From reading other reviews this seems common. After putting it in the microwave for 20 seconds it was good. The sauces were really good, especially the BBQ. We also grabbed a cookie. Now that was good! Moral of the experience, you want good chain style pizza? Go to dominos. If you want real pizza then move Boston or New York.

After an hour and a half wait time for delivery (we live max 5 minutes away) we were met with an ice cold pizza and molded sauce. At the moment still awaiting that refund. Poor customer service to say the least.

Thanks, Pizza Hut. If you knew temperature opens up your ranch dipping sauce, then why would you put the darn thing in your warmer? Would have saved me gas money… Thankfully my pizza wasn’t ruined. Oh, and you probably shouldn’t whisper behind customers’ backs.

The pizza was extremely mediocre. It would not have tasted any different if I ate the box it came in. Delivery was pretty quick… 1 hour 20 min :/

Last week, I ordered the wrong crust with fat fingers on my phone. The manager graciously made me a new one with the crust I wanted but hadn’t ordered. Thank you!

Today, my invasion of this pizza hut was not premeditated.
Since this day was a celebratory day for my elves to get out of school, I purchased their chicken wings.
We always order the hot chicken wings! My whole family loves it! It is literally soaked with their awesomness sauce and they never skimp out on it.
I always do pickup and never order out. I would suggest that you do the same because you may be waiting a while.

Just finished work and alllll daaaaay I was thinking about pizza. I knew there would be a bunch of BBQ goodness at home but I just couldn’t get the pizza outta my mind!
So 5 minutes before I was finished I called in an order to Pizza Hut… hehehe. I ordered a personal pan pizza (ham/​italian sausage/​mushrooms) and a 10-​piece medium traditional bone in buffalo wings. The phone order was easy to make and I was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes in Wahiawa.
Got to Wahiawa and paid for my order. The cashier was super friendly and stated thta the order wasn’t ready yet but that they’d call my name when it was. I could see into the kitchen and BOY they were BUSY! I probably waited about 10 minutes before my order was ready. It was HOT and definitely made to order so I didn’t mind the wait. I made the short drive to my boyfriend’s house and he had just started up the grill about 15 minutes ago and was just putting the steaks and short ribs on. In the meantime… I sat with him and ate my yummy personal pan pizza! :)
I didn’t end up eating the wings that night because we had soooo much food… so I was a good girlfriend and let my BF eat em the next day since I had to work and that was too messy to bring for lunch.
Friendly service + hot delicious pizza = 5 stars!

I was rather disappointed with their service, mainly delivery. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish. They said it would take an hour and a half, even though we were 2 miles away but whatever. Anywho, 2 hours later we’re calling wondering where it was. They said the driver had left a few minutes ago and it would be there shortly. Fifteen minutes later the driver calls for directions saying he was just leaving the shop… :/
Three hours rolls by and still no food :(We try to call the place but its closed! About 20 minutes later it finnnnalllly arrives. YaaRRR!
