I had big problem with my graphics card. If it weren’t for a man, who I believe his name is Jordan(hopefully I got that right), I wouldn’t have been able to isolate my issue at all. He did all he could to help me get my machine back up and running. All I can say is if I get that kind of service again. I’m definitely coming back. Especially if that man is working there. I don’t think I could trust anyone else to provide the kind of help he did. I was able to find out my issue within a few hours! He’s the reason I don’t have to buy a whole machine from BestBuy or wherever. Thanks a million! Give that man a raise!

I have taken my two laptops here. The first laptop, 17″ hp pavilion, I took in my fiancé took apart because the cool down fan got jammed from a manufacturer sticker that came off. And I mean it was taken apart with no labels whatsoever about where the parts went. I was not in a rush to get it fixed and they got it back to me in under a week. When I picked it up, the employee briefed me on what he did as well as how he lubed a part that he noticed was dry before putting it back together. He didn’t charge me for that. The second laptop, Toshiba Satellite, I brought in because I had wiped it clean and did not know how to reinstall all the missing drivers. They got it back to me within a few hours and gave me a discount since I work in the exchange mall. The employees are very nice, helpful, and will answer your questions/concerns. I also appreciated how they do a little extra and brief me on everything they did. I highly recommend them! They are located in the exchange mall in Schofield. When you enter from the main entrance take a left at Starbucks. They’re about the 3rd store on the left side. Also, when I brought in my hp, it was pricier and I had to pay a deposit before I left due to them having had customers who left their laptops there without paying when they were told there is no way to fix it. Which is a smart thing.
