Thanks you Larreen for your awesome customer service and cutting skills! My wife called in an appointment for me while I was driving home from work. Larreen took the call and said it would be about a 20 minute wait. That would work out perfectly because I was about 20 minutes away. I got there, entered the door and was greeted immediately by Larreen who then took me in right away. Awesome! And she did an excellent job with my hair. I’ll be requesting for her on my next visit.

POS problems today. Coming from an IT perspective it is horrible that the system was not tested properly before the update and troubleshooting has to be preformed by the stylist.

Great hair cut and color. Staff is friendly and professional. I look I went to high end salon.

First of all, let me just say I’ve only been going to this branch of Super Cuts for about 4 months. I’ve had my hair cut 4 times. Three times my stylist was Isaac who is a talented and conscientious young man I simply adore. He has consistently cut my hair the way I wanted it and didn’t rush through the cut like they do at other branches of Super Cuts I’ve gone to in the past.
I habitually do not make an appt. to get my hair cut, preferring to take a chance when I feel like today is the day to go get it done. If I can’t get in to see the stylist of my choice I end up hacking at my hair and make a total mess of it. So in a moment of desperation I decided to see if Isaac was working and thus save my hair from certain mutilation. Unfortunately Isaac was off when I went in. Not trusting myself to wait till the next day for a cut I let Michee cut my hair instead. She cut my hair fast, did not show me the back, took my payment and tip and sent me on my merry way. When I got home and looked at the back of my head I discovered a huge hump of hair right across the back of my head. It looked like there was a growth under there. Seriously? I was furious. My sister asked me who butchered my hair and my husband just shook his head and told me to go back to Isaac ASAP.
The next day I went back and had Isaac fix the «mullet» hair cut Michee gave me. I guess she didn’t know the meaning of the «layers» I asked for despite her ten years or more experience. Isaac explained how a mullet cuts the top hair, skips the entire middle and layers the bottom. Um, what happened to the LAYERS I wanted all over? Isaac fixed the hair cut as much as he could, explaining I would have to let the top grow out for a few weeks so he could cut it again. In the meantime I would have an «awkward» stage. Actually, after Isaac fixed the damage the cut looked so much better. It actually grew out really nice too!
This time when I went to see him I wanted my hair cut short. He took his time and showed me what he did. I wanted even more cut off the sides so we just went for it and got daring. Think Pixie cut. My hair is shorter than it has been in over ten years. My husband loves it. I love it. We both love Isaac. He’s the best. My sister complimented my hair tonight and said she might switch over to Isaac when her stylist retires.
I would have given this Super Cuts a 5 star rating if not for the fact that when I was in cutting my hair the other day, Michee was working next to Isaac and kept sniping at him with mean remarks. It was very unprofessional and the fact that the manager didn’t put a stop to it made me wonder how much of that goes on on a regular basis. When I am having my hair cut I don’t want the stylist in the next chair talking down on the person working on my hair. It puts out bad energy, makes the customers uncomfortable and is just downright rude. Isaac just let her meanness roll off like water off a duck’s back. Awesome dude. Really. Check him out next time you’re looking for a great hair cut.

The last time I visited a Supercuts I was 8 years old and tired of my grandma cutting my hair. As an unattractive young child a funky haircut neither lessened nor improved my curbside appeal. I was definitely not the type that was high on any child abductors’ list of most wanted.
Flash forward to today and I’m better looking and would normally not look twice at a Supercuts much less contemplate them handling my hair. However, I haven’t really found anyone I feel like entrusting my loyalty to and my hair is really overdue for a trim. So I reluctantly stepped inside to request a ½″ taken off the bottom and figured I could deal with the results even if they were janky.
Lucky for me they were great! Granted, my hair isn’t amazing like it always was at my old salon but it’s trimmed neatly and it will, like Babe the pig, «do». My stylist was pleasant and friendly although I miss getting my hair shampooed and blown out like full service salons. As a bonus she was also an aesthetician and THIS is where Supercuts REALLY blew me away. She gave me one of the most thorough and perfect brow waxes EV-​ER! My brows are even, well-​shaped and without a hint of redness.
The total cost for my thrifty day of beauty was $ 35 including a $ 5 tip. I may not come back for the serviceable trims but I will DEFINITELY be back for the brows.
