Aoao Kahe Kai

I love the area and the view. The breeze is great on certain days. Its a great place to visit.

The apartment complex itself is okay. They’ve recently repaved the parking lot, very nice. There’s a laundry facility located within each cluster, the neighbors are friendly and sometimes, unfortunately are your entertainment for the evening :/.
Downside is the main street that leads to the apartments has many MANY «people» hanging out there at all times of the afternoon, evening and late nights. Most times there are fights, but there is constant police patrolling (not sure if that’s a good or bad sign… bad). The fights/​arguments are usually between family or couples. You know when there’s going to be some action, because the entire family is happy and drinking to START and by now we all know how it’ll end.
Thankfully, the fighting doesn’t escalate into the apartment area, they tend to keep it in the streets.
Saving grace is the beautiful mountain view and the gorgeous beach view located right across the street. Plus when they aren’t fighting, everyone wishes you a good day as you walk by.
Oh, again, if you’re scared of dogs, beware… most roam freely… aaah!
