McDonald’s

Came home, relaxed and settled. My boyfriend took one bite of his cheeseburger and spit it back out. He ordered a the #2 both cheeseburgers no pickles, no onions. What do we get?! 2 cheeseburgers plain, only Mac sauce. Now we have to get walk back downstairs to truck and drive back to MCDonalds. The girl who took our order was great because she got our order correct. Fix this issue!!! Btw. This McDonalds deserves 0 stars

Being the fact that I live not too far from here this would be our go to place when we need a quick dinner fix. With two children drive thru is our best bet of a ‘Fast’ grab and go. Lately the lines have been long, the workers have been RUDE in a way of rushing you to finish ordering or to hurry up, and the food have been day like its been sitting in the warmer OR wrong order completely including missing items. I say if they want to expand in the business and have better reviews they need to work on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hesitant to stop at a McDs since I’m only visiting Hawaii for 4 days. However it was really good and enjoyed menu items that can’t be found back in California. Staff was friendly and food was just as expected

It’s a hit or miss. Usually it’s a miss.
As one of the only fast food restaurants (KFC is two minutes away) it’s the only place you’ll probably get food that’s familiar because everything else is just too far.
This McDonalds is in the same lot as Sac N Save, the only grocery store until you hit Tamuras in Waianae. That means that there’s a ton of parking in its surrounding area. Even the drive thru has two lanes to order.
In the morning there their regular old folks who come in to enjoy their coffee and egg me muffins. In the afternoons it’s probably filled with students hanging out or with their parents eating. At night, well who’s there may be a surprise. Lol
The Nanakuli McDonalds hires a lot of students who need jobs so they can spend it on Friday or Saturday nights out with their friends. So they call off. Minus one star. That means their production becomes slow and you’re waiting for your fast food to become slow food. Minus one star. So, I warned you.
That doesn’t mean that they’re not all genuine, the older workers and the managers, are very respectful and you can definitely see how hard they work, picking up the slack of the millennials (minus one star) and they have a relationship with the regulars here at McDonalds.
The food? This is McDonalds. In Hawaii. So you can expect deliciously fried taro pies and hot greasy Portuguese sausage, egg, and rice.
So stop by because there’s not much you can get that takes you through drive thru for a few miles out. Also you can expect small talk from locals, like the older uncle who gave a me a speech on how social media used to be bad and now they have jobs for it that probably don’t make much. Okay uncle. God speed.

Although we love McDonald’s .today at the nanakuli McDonald’s we had the worst experience of customer service. First, the way the lady stacked our food wasn’t steady and our food almost fell, while I was worried about dropping food our drink fell off the tray and all over the table and floor and no one offered to help clean it. My fiancée who is a wheelchair has to assist me in cleaning the table, chairs and floor. There was a worker on his break I guess and he didn’t even offer to help us. I mean isn’t that customer service. I’ve work in the food industry for about 3 years and I know that if you paying customers in need of help you help them regardless if you’re on your break or not. Again I rate this store based in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK THEY NEED TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN…

Every time I go to this place there’s always this tall transgender dude who is the presenter in the drive thru passing out food. I’m always irritated with his body language and his smart responses when I come through which is a Few times a week but I continue to be polite. Today it was him again I remained polite I say thank you I ask for a cup holder please and when i got my food I said merry Christmas. He purposely ignores me so i told him to smile and that he has horrible customer service and he’s the wrong person to be at the window! He of course mouthed off in front of the manager, who was trying to figure out what was going on. Advice to the manager don’t put ratchet ass bitches to present at the window because they make people lose their appetite with their contagious attitude!

The worst experience I’ve ever had was tonight. Wanna talk about flies OMG! Took notice of all trash bins in the restaurant being full, food under most of the dining table, and crazy slow service. Would rate this place under 1 star. I’m sorry gang but I am born and raised and still live here on the westside, get it together managers what happened to team work?

— #02: How can you guys have taken 25+ plus minutes but let 9+ people after walk out in front of me with their food huh ?

— #05: I watched 9+ people walk out with their food which had some what similarities to ours and still not one sandwich out from my order.
— #06: Then, I ask the Cashier how long more for my food she says «I just take the orders» NO BITCH NO ! Fast food is an all around job, so you should have known if you didn’t know ask somebody !
— #07: Your guys fair skinned manager (the tall guy, kind of on the heavy set side) walks on his break and says to the customer in front of me «It is what it is» Like honestly you going stand there with your food while there is customers waiting? NIGGAH FUCK YOUR FAT WHITE ASS !
— #08: In the process of watching the grill worker hate to say it like this but a butchie looking chick, she was cool made me laugh because she communicated what she had put out and made already and they wasn’t paying attention to the communication skills this lady had YOU GUYS IS DUMB AS FUCK !
So to #McDonaldsCEO: If you want to become even more profitable as a company by adding breakfast to the menu you need to work on your employees thank you and I will NEVER return to Nanakuli, HI McDoanlds EVER !

Always forget something so check your bags before leaving. But my reason for giving 1 star is because of the FLIES !!! Tons of Flies I don’t know if you like fighting flies while eating in the dining area but I hate it when flies go on my food …

They need to beef up there customer service, for instance we’re the ones buying the food which means we’re the ones paying you. Also they need to the know meaning of temperature danger zone, which means you «cannot» put cold products in the same package as hot products. Come on guys step up your game. #Mcfail

I really like the double drive thru. I’m not a person that likes drive thru but its nice.

Idk why but when I got my bakers dozen cookies, I asked for fresh ones because doesn’t it say «Soft Baked» n it was cold n hard, when we asked the girl she told me they were fresh… So cookies are cold when they’re fresh? And I also could hear some girls gossiping saying just microwave it? Is that how you treat your customers, just to microwave cookies that are suppose to be freshly cooked? Shows how much you care about your business lol. I know if I were to serve you cookies that you would want fresh ones too. The cookies also smelt burnt. By the way, my friend ate the cookies n they were rock fucking hard. Who microwaves cookies that wasn’t freshly out of the oven in the first place? Do your job. It’s not that complicated.

One thing I love about this McDonalds is that my order is always hot! They have great customer service also, I rated it a 4 because Im impatient and hate waiting too long, especially for food lol.

This McDs has been a part of the Leeward community for a long time! Although a few local business come and go, this McDs has been through its share of renovations and vandalism.
The team members seem to move quickly when motivated by a good floor manager and the food gets out hot and fresh to the customers.
Love that each season they have different selections of desserts and sandwiches.
Don’t forget to complete the survey on your receipt to get a discount on a sandwich. I like their buy one get one free Quarter Pounder with cheese.

Slow ass service… inconsiderate employees. Dirty bathrooms. …it seems that they care to the drive through window… food is cold.

Worst one I’ve been and I’ve been to the ones in other countries too. Busy breakfast time and they had one register open. They had plenty of people running around. Finally they open another but still took forever to get our food. Though we said eat in, they had everything in one bag so we had smashed burritos, they forgot my water and they gave us super crispy hash browns, burnt that looked like it was left frying in the basket for days with hundred year old oil. Pic attached. Terrible…

It’d be better if their drive thru didn’t take so long, but other than that they have friendly service.

Drive through is always busy — it’s McDonalds.
Food may take a little bit — it’s McDonalds.
This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that ALWAYS makes sure they make up for food taking forever or a mix-​up in my order. Just look hungry and make nice.

I passed by around 330ish… so its well after the lunch rush but there was still a line for the drive thru. I decided to take the left lane drive thru, and it turns out that I chose the wrong one.
I dont understand why there are 2 drive thru lanes here, yet the right side lane goes faster than the left side. You would think it would take orders for left lane, then right, then left, then right… but NOPE! At one point, 3 cars from the right lane went ahead before 1 car went from the left!
Is it confusing? Yes, it is and it shouldnt be!
Boo for making everything complicated and take longer than it really is.

I dont know if its because I came at 9pm but this place was ridiculous…
My boyfriend and I came here for a pit stop on our way to Makaha Resort… We were standing in line, waiting to place our order, and the workers move so slow!!! I dont know if ALL of them were new or what. There was about 6 – 7 workers in the back and yet the cashiers still had to grab all the food for the orders.
When it was finally our turn to order. The girl looked like she could be doing something more important than helping us. We asked to cancel one thing on our order and she said she had to start ALL OVER and started pounding on the register. Um, excuse me? Its not like we cancelled our WHOLE order and I’ve been to other mcdonalds and they do NOT have to start all over if you want to remove one item from your order. From that point on, her attitude was even worse then it was when we first started, but hey, kill them with sweetness.
The wait for our food was ridiculous. For Chicken Mcnuggets and fries we had to wait ten minutes. What the flip? By that time, the girl that took our order was moving really slow, slow enough that there was a long line of people wanting to order. The manager working was too busy talking to her friend and giving her free food that she didn’t bother to take orders either.
Food… WAS HORRIBLE. I expected my food to be hot but it was cold and soggy. Not to mention that that was my only meal for the day (it was a very busy day) so I pretty much wanted to cry for eating such crappy food.
