I searched«vehicle wrap hawaii» as I was in the market for, obviously, a vehicle wrap for my business. This was one of the first sites that came up in my search. They had a pretty ‘clean’ and ‘user friendly’ site which was easy to navigate. They touted their customer service and I noticed a «live chat» button which I clicked on to get a quote. It opened a chat window and I was immediately chatting with the owner. I asked him for a quote for my vehicle. He asked me my location, which I told him was the island of Oahu. He said they were located on the Big Island. I immediately responded with, «I realize that, however, on numerous pages on your site, it clearly states that you service the entire state of Hawaii, which Oahu is clearly part of.» No response. «Hello?», I type. «I’m not sure when we’ll be out to Oahu again.» That’s it. Not a, «We service that area only a few times a year, which we will be back there in _______weeks/months. Just a «…duhhhhhh… I dunno…». Really, guy? Then don’t put«We currently service the entire state of Hawaii…» comment on your website, because you CLEARLYDONOT. Get it together, people.
