Absolutely loved this place! After being drowned financially staying in Waikoloa Village we drive north and found this gem by chance. We had the place all to ourselves, lush gardens, historic charm and double occupancy for only $ 56!!! The owner was very accommodating and kept us with fresh linens, towels and coffee during our stay. Great location to go explore the surrounding area! Would definitely go back!

Won’t allow service dog because she has 2 dogs. Uhhh. This is a medical service dog she won’t allow yet their 2 personnel non service dogs are OK? Fast way to go out of business. Terrible. Don’t bother with customer no service. I dislike people who have no compassion for others.

If this were a more expensive place it would not get 5 stars… But it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the owners are really welcoming. Also, the Kohala coast is beautiful.

Huntington Beach, CA
This is a great place to stay in north Kohala. And super cheap too. But not at all what you’d expect for $ 56/​night. The rooms are nice and look like they were renovated recently. Room 5 is awesome, you get a private little patio with that room. I think the only thing that would make it better is wifi access. Oh well, enjoy a night off from being constantly connected or head to coffee shop with wifi if you need to get online. The owners are very nice and personable too.
