To all the haters with negative comments go back home and shop at your own Macy’s. I think having a smaller resort Macy’s is pretty cool and convenient to have on property.

This is not a full Macy’s– but if you happened to need a swimsuit, or a pair of shorts that are not going to push any fashion envelopes… this store is just the ticket! Be forewarned– this Macy’s is more like two departments of a department store(Men’s and Women’s Resort Wear)

Not being American, I don’t often get to visit Macy’s, so take my review with a grain o salt. The store is tiny for its type, and quite cute. As expected for Waikoloa, prices range between moderate and slightly high(although they do stock some inexpensive touristy basics should you find that you packed too lightly). Alas, I fell in love with a Panama hat that I couldn’t afford and ended up not buying anything. However, there are lots of cute things here, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re visiting Kings’ Shops.

It is a Macy’s. Good selection of Hawaiian outfits. Bought four shirts here. Best price I could find

After much debate, I am writing a review under a misspelled name… maybe that can be corrected? We found this to be an interesting store… perhaps Macy’s Resort might be appropriate? My normal Macy’s policy is: only buy what is on sale… now DD did just that… and got a good bargain. I, on the other hand, made an exception for a Eileen Fisher crochet topper… that I just had to have… I was on vacation… right??? The staff was friendly, and helpful. The store is small… and has a very limited selection… but I liked it!

This is probably the smallest Macy’s I’ve ever been to! It is one floor, maybe the size of a typical Gap store. They only carry resortwear. Sales staff was very helpful and I snapped up a super cool black swim cover-up with crochet inset back for a sweet 50% off.

Super-teeny-tiny Macy’s with the rudest staff I have ever seen Moseying around the shops & stopped in to check their bathing suit selection… this shop is about as big as the condo where we’re staying & has both the Men’s & Women’s Depts TONS of tacky, tacky, tacky, touristy flower printed shirts, tanks, pants but I’ll give it to them that there was also a decent selection of bathing suits Sis goes in the 1 of 2 dressing rooms to try on some shtuff & I’m still browsing. I overhear the group of 3 Sales Ladies talking about how much they don’t want to be there & how much they hate working there & I know we all quip about our jobs, but come on… not in the public eye folks! After a while, this 1 lady in particular goes over to sis’ dressing room & knocks to ask why she’s taking so long & is rolling her eyes at her coworkers — uh, hi… yeah, I’m *with* the girl you are mocking! Sis finally decided on this 1 item & after we’re rung up, this other lady comes over & says very sarcastically — gee, NOW have you met your quota? Won’t EVER be coming back…

Like a regular Macy’s, only condensed into an average-sized store. Seemed to be mostly women’s clothes, and swimsuits came in both young women’s and older women’s cover-up-everything suits. There was a small jewelry counter.
