Loved the ice cream and various flavored they offer. I tried mango and black cherry. They were delicious. A great place in the queens market place!

The fiancé wanted ice cream so we decided to come here since we were shopping in the area. I tried a sample of their red velvet ice cream which was good and the fiancé got their ice cream with reese peanut butter pieces. All of it was delicious but too pricey for ice cream in my opinion. Also one of the employees kept awkwardly staring at me.

Nothing can beat their cake batter ice cream. I would catch a flight to Hawaii right now just for a scoop of that bad boy! Although I have a Marble Slab here in Atlanta, GA, the taste of this particular flavor was different. It didn’t match even the birthday cake flavor Coldstone has. You have umpteen choices of sauces and toppings. Pretty generous quantity as well. I topped the cake batter ice cream with yellow cake, rainbow sprinkles and marshmallows. Truly a birthday cake in disguise!

Ice Cream was not too sweet, and the topping selection was great. I got the cotton candy(which tastes more like a sweet cream or vanilla) with m&m’s, mac nuts, yellow cake, and fruity pebbles.

Great staff great ice cream little on the pricey side but it’s a touristy location after all.

This spot can get packed on a weekend night, but it’s worth the line. The ice cream definitely has that homemade flavor.

I love that we at least have a marble slab ice cream spot here on the big island now that cold stone has closed in the Hilo mall. As far as I know this is the only one on the island. I love that these flavors are all homemade and that they have a nice selection of add ins. I had the island coffee and sweet cream flavors in a cup with cone bits mixed in. It was delicious. My best friend had the blue berry and cheese cake mixed together on the marble slab with cone bits and white chocolate mixed in. Hers was delicious as well! Waikoloa is so hot this place is in the perfect place to get a refreshing treat while shopping. The girl in there handled a pretty nice size crowd by herself too!

Deeeeelicious ice cream. A few workers seem a bit slow, but I’m hoping they’re new. Otherwise definitely some great dessert.

Located right next to the food court in the Queens shopping area, this ice cream joint is conparable to Coldstone Creamery back at home, except you get UNLIMITEDMIX-INS!!! I got birthday cake ice cream with gummy bears, white chocolate and almonds. I would have added chocolate but i didn’t think it would go well with the birthday cake ice cream. My sister got amaretto ice cream. I sampled the white chocolate ice cream and it was a tough choice but I stuck with birthday cake. :)

So good. Pick your size, then your flavor of ice cream and then UNLIMITED mix ins. Next watch them mix it all together on a cold marble slab. Finally, enjoy!

THEWORKERTOTALLYSKIPPEDOURPARTYANDHELPED A PARTYOF5INBACKOFUS. He didn’t even say sorry and just ignored us. On top of that the last scoop of coffee ice cream we wanted was taken by the 5 people that cut us. Glad we didn’t waste our money.

Good ice cream but way overpriced. If you are going here get cinnamon it is their best flavor!

I’ve had ice cream from a lot of place. Good ones and not so good ones. Thinking this one is an okay, average one. Sure, pretty good, but not good enough. I had a craving for chocolate ice cream while vacationing in Waikoloa, HI on one recent weekend and found it here at Marble Slab Creamery. It was a warm /hot day in the Queen’s Shops, so I decided to Unilocal up a nearby ice cream parlor. It’s always nice to have Unilocal at your disposal, especially while out and about — and traveling too. This place is eerily similar to Cold Stone Creamery, with the mixing of toppings inside of the ice cream. I thought that was a relatively new thing, but apparently it’s the norm now. The overall experience here was average and good. The service here can be slow, since they take orders, scoop up the ice cream, and tend to the topping mixing at the same time. Still, they do put out pretty good ice cream. This Marble Slab Creamery can be found at the Queen’s Shops shopping Mecca of Waikoloa, Hawaii. It’s one of those quaint ice cream shops you would find in an upscale resort complex shopping area while vacationing or wherever you find appealing. Like I mentioned earlier, this place is a mirror image to Cold Stone Creamery, but with a subtle difference. While the prices here were up there, due to it being in Waikoloa, it’s excitingly expensive, but affordable, since you’re here and not in Kailua-Kona. Getting here is usually way convenient with a rental car, but I know there’s a public transit system on the big island called Hele On. The Marble Slab Creamery takes major credit cards, which is always a plus — especially in a resort inspired area here in Waikoloa. The prices here is a little pricey, but well worth it if you are not really going elsewhere out of Waikoloa. The parking is plentiful, since it shares its space with other merchants here at the Queen’s Shops. For the most part, the experience here was short and sweet. I ended up getting the aforementioned chocolate ice cream(medium cup) plain and without any additional toppings. Just like coffee, black and without any additional flavors. Just enjoy the rich creamy texture of chocolate and all its glory. The service was average and positive. Nice to see people enjoying what they do. There was air condition here, but not so strong, since the summer air was in full force. My ice cream already had melted a few notches when I stepped outside to eat the ice cream. Still, it was a nice treat when you’re in Waikoloa and definitely a nice earned stop on your shopping ventures during your stay on the Big Island. Definitely worth the trip to get some ice cream if you so desired in Waikoloa or wherever your travels dictate on your stay on the big island. 3.5 stars, rounded to 4.0. Support local! B+

Very expensive. Ice cream not very cold. Melted very quickly. Out of the flavor we requested. Settled for something else. Waited on others before us that had arrived after us. Money would be better spent at Dairy Queen.

Ok ice cream. Like Cold Stone but alittle more stingy with serving size and toppings. The girl that served me was great but the one serving my wife wasn’t. Good location

Very disappointed because the ice cream tasted like syrup and medicine mixed together. Mom also ordered a pineapple smoothie but the staff made a strawberry smoothie accidentally, so we got the smoothie for free. We tried to like the smoothie but unfortunately it still tasted like syrup and medicine. Please ask for a sample of the ice cream before purchasing, we hope the ice cream and smoothie will be better next time.

I love the people who work here! They are all so nice and have wonderful sense of humors. During my time on the Big Island(Hawaii), specifically in Waikoloa, my family and I went here 3 times. The staff is beyond sweet and how can you go wrong with unlimited mix-ins? Awesome! They are open until 10PM every day of the year except for observed holidays. Yes, even open until 10PM on Sundays. Score! I am so bummed that Oahu does not have a Marble Slab– we have Cold Stone but the staff and pricing just doesn’t compare.

It’s just a fun place with really nice folks working there. I had read the reviews before we went and one said you could get the ice cream and one ingredient to mix in so imagine our surprise when they said you could have as many as you wanted. I had chocolate, i mean is there any other kind, with mac nuts and some additional chocolate syrup. My husband had black cherry with walnuts and the grandkids had something but both had oreos and gummy worms. Ick. If you’re not a big eater, ask for the kids cup because they give you are decent size scoop. It’s not overly expensive and I think better than Coldstone.

There are two sites for this place, Marble Slab and Marble Slab Creamery My review is posted with Marble Slab Creamery…
