Adoboloco

Unable to find the location! I was looking forward to buy some of the pineapple sauce!

Obsessed with these hot sauces, soooooo good! Stuffed my bags to bring back to LA and hoping that I can find these on the main land.

) in Ward Center… $ 9.50 a bottle, but WORTH IT!
this sauce is pretty damn good, and «mild» enough to put on anything, without killing your mouth.
i can’t wait until they carry the other heats! this company makes Jalapeño, Habanero, Jolokia and Bangkok… O_​O
the Jolokia comes only in limited batches, so keep an eye out for them!

Adoboloco Jalapeño Sauce is ONOLICIOUS! It goes with everything! I made shrimp linguini and sprinkled it on instead of red chili flakes and it was fantastic. But, I must say, it goes the best with pork. I made country-​style pork ribs and it was amazing! It will definitely give you an OMG moment or two. I can’t wait to try this on Kalua Pig and Pork Lau Lau. I’m already salivating! Wonderful sauce made by wonderful people!

I’m always looking for a new local treat that I can enjoy AND send back to the mainland. I dig Adoboloco for its jalapeño spicy goodness. Its cool for a couple of reasons:
1) I like that its made in small batches
2) I LOVE that its locally produced.
3) Its spi-​sey!
Produced by a Maui-​based farmer-​prenuer, Adoboloco is the perfect amount of spice. So far I’ve had it mixed into spreadable cheese for a cheese dip, made a mean chicken marinade with it. And one day, when actually making something was too much for me, I even ate it straight with Ritz Crackers.
Basically, if you’re looking for a spicy inspiration, then you’ve got to try Adobeloco. If you’ve got mainland friends who crave a little crazy, this is gonna make a good holiday gift!
