I am totally impressed so far by the dental services. Carrie Ayer, the dental director, does great work and seems to genuinely care about her patients well-being. I used to go to a doctor here and experienced good service there too(but longer waits).

The location is very convenient for me, parking can be a hassle on their busy days. The front desk is really nice & on my first day there they gave me a tour of the center. Im not a big fan with the adult medicine side but i do love their OBGYN … Its a really nice clinic inside & out. The nurses are sweet but some of the doctors can be an ass ho(arent most of them are even at diff places)…

Dental Services — The assistants and front desk staff are very unprofessional. I am sitting in the waiting room and listening to the drama in their life and the drama in their work place. There are 3 of us here in the waiting room and I can hear them swearing. This is not the first time I’m experiencing their unprofessional service. Once during a procedure the an assistant looking into my mouth and said«what the heck»…like serioisly!!! I had to wait 10 minutes to just check-in for my appointment because the person at the front desk was on the phone… not even an awknowledgement of me being there My experience with Dr Chen has been amazing. He is very thorough with the work I received. He is very clear with the procedure info and the steps we need to take.

The pediatric department is awesome. They do case management and are experts in their art. The clinic overall is respectable. We need a clinic like malama I ke ola in Maui. Thank you!

Malama I ke ola Health Center provide the essential health care that many other health centers cannot or will not provide. Whether you are uninsured, under-insured, or have most private insurances, the clinic will go beyond the call of duty for you. The nursing staff, providers, and clerical staff are resourceful, kind, and determined to exceed your needs. The Malama I ke ola Health Center cares for most the high risk children, and adults on the island. Oftentimes, this goes unrecognized by onlookers. The registered nurses do a great job with case managing these very special patients. Let us be pono and be kind to one another. In today’s world, health care is judged by one experience. Give Malama I ke ola a honest try. Be patient as the health care system changes. Thank you!

Rated a 2 Star because OBGYN is excellent and PEDIATRICS is horrible! OBGYN is the best deparment I experienced in all of doctors offices and medical facilities! 5 stars to Dr. Hidari and Dr. Casey, they are excellent prenatal care physicians! Also every nurse and staff in that department are very efficient and organized. They all communicate with each other and are very friendly. Honestly if Dr. Casey was to move his office I would ask to move as well, if that would be possible. He is very well experienced and birthed my child. This department genuinely cares for there patients! PEDIATRICS department is where I once took my child but not anymore. There were too many mis communications with appointment times, clarifying immunizations, and more… I had incidents that made me no longer go there. I don’t know why there were so many mistakes? 0 stars. The great doctor and nurse in the pediatrics department are Dr. Miko Uberoi and Nurse Christine.
