We had a waterfall coming out of our top floor Condo. Freaked out we called MFF we new of them from our neighbors who had major issues. They were there in 1.5 hours, it takes an hour to drive to us. The first responders were unbelievable! We were freaked out and they calmed us down with there knowledge and professionalism. They worked with our insurance company to coordinate every thing.
Now comes refurbishing our condo back to normal. We were so fortunate to get John, Mark and Bryan!!! They restored our house to better than what we had!!! They made us feel like they were working on there own house!!! The quality of there work was incredible.

We had a complete disaster when so much water leaked into our 2^nd floor it filled it up to about 4 inches, ran down the walls and light fixtures to the 1^st floor and just soaked everything.
I called these guys at 8pm on a Friday night and they were there by 10pm that night.
They saved my house from turning into a pile of mold and saved me money because they dried out the drywall and saved all but a little 2′ x 3′ rectangle. I just needed to patch the little holes that their tubes used to blow hot, dry air into.
AND they interfaced with my insurance company which took a huge burden off me.
They were professional, showed up fast, fixed things as good as new.

Buyer beware! Scrutinize this company’s estimates and ask questions before you sign on the line. I found incredibly inflated labor hour estimates attached to tasks associated with my flood damage.

We emailed these guys and they immediately contacted us. They showed up the next day and took care of everything! So impressed with their professionalism! They were very thorough and we felt like they actually cared about our house and health.

When we had water damage to our kitchen from a leaking refrigerator, Maui Fire & Flood came to our rescue ~ Big Time. We had warpage and damage to our wood flooring and mold damage. The team at Maui F&F worked with us and in conjunction with our insurance company to get started right away. AJ coordinated the mitigation phase, and James organized the reconstruction phase. Since we were off island, James did a superb job of coordinating this phase with our property manager, Mitch Owan of M&D Flooring who also did a superb job (see my Unilocal review on him:), Island Movers who delivered the new frig and Brian the installer from Hamai appliance, as well as Bill from his team. On top of this, James was so kind, professional and empathetic to our challenging situation. We cannot express our gratitude with the quality of their work which involved drying the warped wood floors, sealing off the entire kitchen, pulling the cabinets to treat the mold, while coordinating with Mitch who was repairing the wood floors. James also had a special crew come in afterwards to out everything back in place and clean everything up. By the way, they finished all the repairs on time, so when we returned, all repairs and reconstruction were done. You would hardly know any damage had occurred ~ this is how excellent their work was. We would highly recommend Maui Fire & Flood to anyone needing their superb services.
