This place is glorious. The drive to the location is amazing and you will be pleasantly rewarded with this beautiful sculpture garden and gallery upon arrival. You must go! You won’t regret it!

We stopped at the Turnbill Sculpture Studio, partly to look at the art, and partly because I thought I needed a break from driving along the sheer cliffs on a narrow, windy road. We thoroughly enjoyed walking around the grounds, admiring the art, catching another view of the scenic Maui coast, and chatting with Steve Turnbill, one of three sculptors who live there, in his studio. In addition to their work, they sell the work of other Hawaiian artists. I guess we could have found something to buy to take home, but the sculptures were all too big of our modest sized house. Sure made me wish I was a buyer for some architect. I definitely could have found something to buy here.
