We had some trouble with them coming out to replace a door switch that wasn’t working. They disconnected some things that another company had installed, including a moisture sensor that should not have been touched. Charged me $ 450.
Found out later that the replacement door switch isnt working either. Company refused to come back and resolve.
Will never do business with Windward AC again!

I was in a bind and needed quality service in a moments notice. They not only fixed my
AC unit, they were prompt. Couldn’t have had the get together without AC. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely use them again for any of my AC needs.
