You know I used to love shopping here until today! Clearly people who work here need training in customer service! I stood in line to pay for my merchandise and I see the sales associate grabbing people standing beside the cash wrap to ring them up, clearly not looking behind her to see the line forming(where there is a clear sign saying ‘line starts here’). When I approached the register and asked her why she failed to grab people from the line she simply just said«I just assumed that because the register was malfunctioning people were forming a line here.» to top it off she said it with such a sassy attitude. Operator: 95149 Sales Associate: 87432 *and if your register was malfunctioning say something to the people waiting in line!

OMGoddess you guys suck!!! NOCUSTOMERSERVICEPERIOD this time… Thursday the 18th me and the old man went because ONCEAGAIN he is looking for some Levi’s, ARRRRGGGG!!! we walked in saying to each other,“Let’s see how long it takes til we get a greeting or til someone comes up to help us“ NOTSURPRISED the whole 20 minutes we were in there, NOONEHELPEDUS, NOONEGREETEDUS, I was even looking through a rack with 3 associates standing nearby, I got NOTHING!!! Oooh wait I got eye contact and that was it… Not saying that I like to be pestered when I walk into a store or a restaurant, but as far as MYCUSTOMERSERVICE goes, I greet people right away, I make eye contact, I let them know I will be with in a moment, I try to help them out as much as possible. It’s not because of that we left, we left because we also did not find anything of interest, but the experience helped it along too… Levi’s SERIOUSLY needs to get some Customer Service training for their staff at Waikele, I don’t know about the other locations(maybe they should just to be on the safe side) just saying!!! NOCHEERS for you guys!!!

I came here a few years ago, but it still feels like I’ve recently been here. While shopping at Waikele, I wanted to go to Levi’s to look for new jeans. Entered the store and no acknowledgment or greeting at all from the employees at the front register and it wasn’t even that busy. I walked around and see employees standing and conversing with each other. They saw me looking around, but just ignored me. It wasn’t a welcoming environment and was the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I thought, «Forget it, I’ll bring my business elsewhere» and left. I have not gone to this place ever since. That visit left me with a sour impression. I’m not sure how the customer service there is now; hopefully it’s improved and maybe I’ll give it another chance.

Just came in looking. There wasn’t anything of interest. Some of the worker really do act like children. Laughing so loudly and whatnot. Are they even helping customers? The store itself is clean and has a lot of room to move through.

Even though this store has the Levi name on it, the quality of products is not nearly as good as the quality in their regular retail stores. The selection of styles was lacking — only a few fits. When you do find a style that you like, be sure to try them on because when trying on 3 different pairs of 32/32s in the same fit, they were all different lengths and waist sizes. It really takes time to find the right fit in this store. I would come back when looking for jeans for getting dirty, but not so much for day to day jeans.

Floor staff are really helpful, while cashiers hold their own conversations while ringing you up. That’s okay though, because the deals you score here are awesome. if you need new jeans, skip any other store and head here first. there are tons of styles & cuts and they’re all really cheap(relatively cheap, that is)

Bought jeans for 19.99 + tax. Cheaper than Macys, didn’t have time to compare to Sear, but I think it was a good price so got 2 jeans.
