Absolutely incredible bagels! First of all, they are displayed on a cute little shelf in the back, and they have some nice flavored to choose from too. I got a honey oat wheat bagel toasted with cream cheese and a maple scone – both SOGOOD so fresh mm. The staff was rly nice and helpful and I got my food rather fast! They have the cutest gift shop inside too with some classic Vermont handmade trinkets and some larger antique pieces. Then they have the cutest little seating area in there in case you want to sit down and have a leisurely breakfast inside this little comfy café. Absolutely will be returning for another delicious bagel and scone!

I spent a few hours here on my vacation this weekend. There are not many cafes in the area, but this is the perfect one to just hang out on your computer and grab a coffee and lunch. The menu items were excellent. I had the chicken noodle soup and the turkey bacon bravo sandwich. The sandwich was so delicious and grilled perfectly. This place has some games and books to keep you busy as well as free wifi. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This is probably the best option in the area for a true«café» type feel.

Excellent coffee and the best blueberry oatmeal scones on the planet. Seriously, if you like baked goods that aren’t too sweet, super moist with the perfect texture and chew, get yourself one of their blueberry oatmeal scones.

Best coffee in the valley. Go with Turkish drip and add multiple shots of espresso. Good selection of bagels too. Wide variety of scones and muffins. The owners are delightfully curmudgeon, classic Vermonters. No pretensions. Funky antiques and art for sale. The ladies behind the counter are generally young but friendly. Some trivia: this was the original retail shop of Green Mountain coffee ~ 30 years ago.

Quaint little café in beautiful quiet Vermont town setting. Great selection of fresh made sandwiches and lunch fare. The café is collocated in an antique store offering a wide variety of Vermont antiques. I ordered the three mountain turkey sandwich on wheat ciabatta and my daughter ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on gluten free bread. Both were well prepared and tasty. My only criticism is that they need to update their location address on Unilocal and the Gluten Free(GF) app to the correct address. I mentioned this to the manager who said she thought she had done that.

Three Mountain Café is a casual spot that serves great food. The décor is both homey and funky, and it’s a very comfortable place to eat and enjoy a coffee. If you go here, do yourself a favor and get a breakfast sandwich with a nice, fresh slab of Vermont white cheddar cheese on it. Nothing beats the taste of fresh cheese, and these breakfast sandwiches are superstars thanks to the cheese. Three Mountain Café loses points because of two factors. First of all, the service is subpar at best. On consecutive visits, we were first treated rudely by the counter staff, and then ignored for several minutes while they talked amongst themselves. Also, on our second visit, they must have had their iced coffees labeled incorrectly behind the counter. The hazelnut tasted like a muddy blend of their Turkish roast, hazelnut, and french vanilla. The staff was unable to correct my order, so I suffered through the barely-drinkable caffeine fix. The coffee was perfect the day before, but the second visit was not the same. The food makes the visit worthwhile, but the service leaves something to be desired.

Horrible service at this café. The staff stands around talking and ignoring guests at the counter.

Clean, casual space, with a full selection of basic and specialty coffees, handsome pastries, and free wifi. A great place for a little reading or work while sipping down a hot bev.
