Maybe management has changed because it’s not as good as it used to be. I asked for something because it wasn’t out and was told «5 minutes». 20 min later, no clue about where it was. Still took 15 more min to get one out.

All you can eat. Pizza, pasta, salad and soup. Dessert to boot. It can be a little pricey, depending on the group size. If you don’t see something they will make it.

I don’t come to Cici’s expecting the best pizza ever. I came expecting variety and value as far as $ 5 will get me.
Cici’s has me doctor glaciers developed in their pizza. A little salt and garlic powder in their red sauce would do them good.
You can always doctor the pizza by adding some of their marinara sauce and salt and parm if you can find it.
Front of house staff is extremely kind and helpful. They got me some Parmesan after everyone had gotten me some all with a big smile. This is the reason for the second star.
Upon going to the potty, I was greeted with a scene reminiscent of my time living in rural Guatemala. Needless to say it was quite dirty all around and had I not lived in rural Guatemala, I would have probably just walked right back out.
I think I’ve had my Cici’s fix for the next ten years.

Nice staff, clean restaurant, and lots of choices on the pizza bar. These are the things that you want when you go to a Cici’s. Unlike other reviewers, I didn’t mind paying 39 cents for a bottle of water. Gosh, that is pretty cheap, and you can take the bottle home and reuse it. When I arrived I noticed they didn’t have my favorite pizza, which is the taco pizza on the bar, so I asked for one and they said they’d make me an individual one because this is one of the pizzas that dry up quickly so they don’t leave it on the bar. Before I knew it my own taco pizza was there and it was fresh and delicious. The dessert pizzas were good too, so hot and sweet. Great job Cici’s.

Pizza has no flavor — sauce is bland and not enough cheese:/ staff was friendly– did a good job despite the lousy food. This is an easy fix– just use better sauce and more cheese !

Water is not free!!! Front cashiers not very friendly. What other place do you know of that charges for water.

I used to really love this place but having to pay for water by the bottle rather then to receive faucet water with your meal really kills it for me. For the first time I purchased a gallon of water at the gas station so that I would not have to spend a fortune in water. The worst is having to pay for the buffet when you are not even eating. I came just to fellowship with the family. Not sure I will come back without having the kids.

You can’t beat a $ 5.00 buffet. It is what it is. Don’t expect the best quality of food and when you have several teenage boys with you that can eat 3 large pizzas on their own then it is a great option. I like that they will make any pizza that you want and bring it to your table. The staff is very polite and helpful. You can tell that they work hard to please their guest and I appreciate that. I think Cici’s is a great family option.

The team here is always friendly and fast. For a Cici’s they are above average for customer service. There is a wide variety of personalities seen making pizzas for you with a lot of smiles.
The food is on par for most Cici’s. Either all fresh pizzas or mostly fresh with a couple older ones. If you request a pizza they are quick to start making it for you.(The buffalo chicken pizza is the best!)
The kitchen and dining room are always clean. During busy times someone is constantly clearing tables. The bathrooms usually could use a touch up but nothing terrible.
For $ 5 you definitely get your moneyed worth. Only negative for the penny pinchers, they started charging 30 cents for water (bottled being the only option)
I was going to give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the water change and bathrooms, but the outstanding service outweighs those concerns.

Over the years we have been to many cici’s pizzas. This one is by far the friendliest, cleanest, nicest atmosphere and staff. we had never been to this location. Purchased a Groupon which had us visit. We were treated with extraordinary kindness. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this location. Everything on buffet was fresh and hot! Very pleased!

Went here for my son’s end of season soccer party. All I can say is that they have no beer, unlike Chucky’s. The food is ok in my opinion but the kids on my son’s soccer team loved it. 7 kids ended up with 25 plates. Enjoy!

For the price it’s hard to say anything bad about them. But Coming from an area that had a new Cici’s go up, this one is a few steps down from what I’m used to. The inside didn’t feel or look clean (I understand It’s really hard to keep a building that’s usually full of kids clean). I was there with friends (who have small children). They were doing a good job of keeping fresh food on the buffet line but the manager (blue shirt) was a bit put off when I asked him for a deep dish pizza, normally you don’t get a chance to ask before one will ask you what kind of pizza you want.
Those are all little complaints, overall it’s a great place for cheap pizza.

My family night pizza place of choice… I think they could do better on the selections of pizza they put out but they are great about fixing what you request, they give Law Enforcement Discounts!!!
