Pizza Hut

Waited in the drive thru pickup for 20 min. My order was ready since it had been 45 since I had ordered it. The car in front of me apparently wouldn’t pull up. So because he had a problem I had to wait for him. When I finally got my order I asked the girl what was the holdup. She said oh it was the phone. He thought he had a credit but he had already used it. I asked couldn’t she have had the manager handle that so the rest of us could move on with our lives? She was unable to contempt hat that meant. She didn’t even apologize.

This restaurant is broken down and the buffet is ???
Most of the tables are raggedy as heck.

Pizza tates like crap, didn’t get what I ordered and took over an hour. Do not recommend.

For the most part, you never know what you’ll get when you order from this Pizza Hut. The one thing that is consistent is relatively slow delivery times. The food preparation is wildly inconsistent. I’m finally throwing in the towel after about a dozen orders at this location.
My latest order arrived in about 65 minutes, and was so grossly undercooked that it was inedible. We were all very hungry, and we tried, but the crust was so underdone that it felt like we were eating pudding. To add insult to injury, my second bite was through a piece of wax paper or a sticker of some sort. It looks like it might have said «extra» prior to being lodged underneath the toppings of our disappointing pie.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me ten times, shame on me.

Let me preface that I lived in the WF area since 2007 and can honestly say I have never had a positive experience with this Pizza Hut. From orders be incorrect, burnt, late etc something always goes wrong with them. They also can’t find addresses, especially ones that have existed for over 30+years. In this day and age of GPS how can you not find and an address? Also online ordering is a complete and utter joke. Never call in with your order number as I did tonight and to them it means NOTHING! After waiting an hour an half for a large pizza a small order of bread sticks it finally arrived. They gave it to me for free as they should have because the pizza ended up cold anyways. I love PizzaHut but this is the WORST location I have ever dealt with. Keep hoping Donatos will come to Wake Forest and kill this place off. It needs to GO!

Horrible pizza! We went to the restaurant and ordered a meat lovers and pepperoni pizza, plus wings. We were disappointed with the decline of the quality, taste and service at Pizza Hut in Wake Forest. The pepperoni tastes like spoiled salami, and the meat on the meat lovers pizza tastes like Grade D meat. The wings were horrendous; the bones would easily break due to the poor quality of the wings. Needless to say, we will never eat there again. We had one slice, and my kids asked us to throw the rest of the pizza away. The following day, my husband and son woke up with a stomach ache. This restaurant needs to be thoroughly inspected by the Health Department. Not to mention, the home pizza delivery has been faster than the service at the restaurant. We threw our money away eating here. Lesson learned — never again! Truly disgusting.

Just had a pizza delivered from this location.
I have to say it was just like Pizza Hut used to be years ago; hot, plenty of toppings, crispy thin crust.
This was the first time in a very long while that I’ve been impressed with a delivered pizza.

I’ve ordered from this exact store twice. Both times I had to call back to ask where my order was, after waiting an hour, past the expected delivery time. Last night I cancelled my order at 2 hours past the delivery time. (since the initial estimate was 1 hour after I ordered, that was a total of 3 hours for a single pizza). The only time I have had reasonable service from this store is when I have done dine-​in. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Dine in service is ok, but no really worth the price.

Seriously poor customer service. Delivery guy was great but when I called back to ask why my «Ten Buck» pizza was $ 26 the girl (who answered the phone «Pizza Hut we are closed» and I thought she was going to hang up before I could even say anything) was very short and very rude (this was at 12 PM, not THAT late for a pizza delivery place). There are so many other places to order pizza from around here. I only ordered from here bc one of my son’s friends suggested it. It really might be a good deal bc I think we ended up with two pizzas and a bunch of breadsticks but when I asked her to explain it you just would not believe the attitude coming out of this girl’s mouth. I will be calling back to talk to the manager tomorrow.

Carry out. Got the pizza home and all 3 pies were overcooked. Should have checked the pizzas at the counter, but they were busy with the drive through window and I wanted to get out the door. I liked pizza hut better when their vegetables/​toppings were larger.

This is the WORST delivery service ever. I will NEVER again order from them again. I was quoted a 45 min. delivery and it’s been about an hour and twenty minutes. I just called and they said the pizza hasn’t even left the store. This is the 2^nd week in a row that this happened. Will NOT order again. Dominoes and Papa Johns is just as good and you get your pizza in less then 45 min. What a joke.

I hate to give a bad review, but sometimes it goes that way. I went about a year without eating there, when I got home with my carry-​out order, and it turned out just being a pan full of pasta sauce, with no Lazagna. Then last week tryed to order a $ 10 box, and they said that they were out of the dough for that, huh? And would not offer any substitutions, had to order a $ 14.00 one topping pizza, that arived late, cold, tasted more like a frozen pizza. Never again. Sorry, But I have to tell it like it is.

This Pizza Hut rest is recent remodeled. Is clean and spacious. Big TV’s with sport and kids channel. The service is decent and the pizza is good, and hot.
We usually order cheese pan pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks.
The $ 10 Dinner box is a good deal! (Limited time offer) The wings are not that delicious, so far we have been tried the Crispy Bone-​In Wings buffalo mild and Bone-​Out Wings unsauce. They also offer salad bar. Nice staff. Ok chain rest.
