Until recently, I had only received products from this location before as gifts and can vouch that they are yummy! I needed to send some sort of item to a friend after returning home from the hospital and thought, what could be more fun than a bouquet of fruit… with chocolate!!! The process was easy, I ordered it online, choosing the Wake Forest location because it was the closet to me, and to the recipient. I ordered the bouquet from a plethora of choices available to me. I added a balloon to the order, easy peasey. I received confirmation via email that it would be delivered the same day. Around 5:30pm, I had not heard that it was delivered so I called the store. I was told that the driver was delayed due to traffic and would be delivered. Soon after, I did receive notification that it was delivered and that the item arrived beautifully and tasty. My only issue is that if it was going to be later than normal business hours, I wish I would have been notified, but the website says that they will deliver until 7pm, so I cannot complain much about that. I would definitely use this location and service again,

I am a real person and I am not changing my review concerning your store. I have received 4 arrangements over the last couple of years and only one of them looked even half way close to what it should have been. On one of the arrangements I received, the arrangement came in a container that was not even the one shown on your website. The only thing you are doing is making yourself look bad. Obviously you are a disgruntled store manager or owner. I don’t appreciate you taking cheap shots at me. I am a college graduate for your information. What you need to do is focus on making your product look like the picture on your website. Stop putting a bunch of foliage crap, cabbage junk, in a tin bucket trying to make it look like there is more of an arrangement there than it really is and then charging an arm and a leg for it! And STOP sending out chocolate covered pineapples when your customer specifically requested chocolate covered strawberries. Sir, have you even tried one of those nasty chocolate pineapples that you’re trying to dish off onto your customers? I threw all of it away. I informed both of my family members who bought these arrangements for me not to ever purchase anything from your store FORME ever again. The reason you can’t find me in your database is because they were gifts! And why are you trying to find me anyway? You sound like a serial killer. I don’t care if you get mad about this review because I tell THETRUTH. Not only are you calling one of your customers a LIAR, you don’t even want to fix the problem.
