Golden Corral

We not eat there. And only customers for lunch. The cashier young. She would yell at us. talk back rude. twice she would walk away while she was trying to pay. The first time she would come back. The last time she would not come back. Run away from us when she saw us. We had to ask her to come back. interrupt us and try to stick her fingernails into the skin of our hands. Eat food while wait on us. We complained to manager. She would not apologize. And just smiled at us. The value is good for the buffet. And the price is good value. The décor is plain and nice. WE got a refund. We were the only customers. Parking lot is narrow and not long.

Been coming here for years and it’s been on the decline the last 4 years. Food selection is limited and they don’t cater to Vegans at all. My kids love this place unfortunately so I got suckered into returning. Thats ok best believe this is my last time. Decent staff though.

The food that’s out looks disgusting like it’s been there for hours. I asked a girl to make me an omelette she obviously doesn’t know how to follow directions.
Staff is very un attentive. The Golden corral on capital Boulevard near the beltline in Raleigh make this place look like it should be shut down. No variety whatsoever. just to reiterate the food looks like it’s been out for way too long. NASTY !!

Clean, well laid-​out and good customer service. The food is. .. Golden Coral quality. .. but a good variety and nice soup and salad bar. FANTASTIC carrot cake, as good as you’d find in a bakery. I went during a very busy time and everything was running smoothly and the food was kept fresh. Nice selection of vegetables (I am a vegetarian) and most of them were not covered with butter/​sauce. I try to avoid this place because I eat too much (isn’t that why you go to Golden Corral?), but if I ever feel like overeating, this is the place to go.

I wont be returning to this buffet anymore! Food looked like its been sitting there, the macaroni was hard on the edges (from being left out for too long) so was the rice. and the salad bar isn’t really a salad bar, more of a bunch of random vegies, but not things I would use to make a basic salad. Last time for me

Absolutely disgusting. Food was horrible and not even warm, service sucked plates just piled up, found a fly in a dessert and lady didn’t care, didn’t charge us correctly for the kids. Talked to cashier and he didn’t care either. Didn’t waste my time with the manager as I’m sure they wouldn’t do anything about it either usually service starts at the top and it obviously didn’t at this place.

It is a buffet but food is decent. Love coming here when the place is just getting busy. It is then that the food is best

Now come on, Really?! How can you not love a Golden Corral??? As has been noted, this one is bright, spotless, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Kudos for the Fried Chicken, Pot Roast, Veggies, Fruits and the Dessert bar. The sides are well, OK. When the Piggy is on the prowl, the Corral’s the place to go!

I’ve got to say of all the Golden Corral’s I’ve been to this one is the best! Very clean, manager was out on the floor asking everyone how they’re are doing and all the food was fresh and tasty.

I really liked it. The choices were just okay, but the food tasted good. The big plus is how clean the place was. It was also very bright. A nice change from the previous buffets I’ve visited.
The servers were very friendly. They always had a drink ready for me when I was low. They even suggested that I switch to the lemon aide. It was a good choice.

When the wife and I don’t want to cook and we are looking for a Variety of food choices that are just like you cooked at home this is where we go.

Better than any other Golden Corral I’ve been to, but unfortunately that’s not saying a whole lot. I typically avoid the place like the plague no matter what city or town I’m in.
On this occasion, I let my daughter talk me into it and while she and my bride liked it I did my best to tolerate the typically tasteless food. I did enjoy the greens and I have to say, this is the first Golden Corral I’ve been to where the dressings tasted more like they were supposed to instead of tasting like miracle whip or mayonnaise. I also have to say this is the only Golden Corral I’ve been to where the fountain drinks and water actually tasted like they were supposed to as opposed to tasting like flavored dirt and unfiltered well water.
