Marco’s Pizza

Apparently they don’t miss us THAT much. We are 3 miles from this place & just got a mailer to «come back!» SO I tried to order a pizza just now for lunch & was told MY ADDRESS isn’t within their delivery range. Huh? So I tell him I’m calling because I received their mailer. His response? «We can’t deliver to you since you are too close to the cut off area & we are really busy & I can’t have my driver out that long.» I’m baffled at the lack of customer service & lack of interest to keep a customer. #marcospizza just lost a customer & I’m posting this everywhere I can. #badcustomerservice #takingmymoneyelsewhere

I love the New York style Pizza! We folded it – just like old times, lol.
Good sauce, cheese, toppings, and the crust was very good.
We had wings too, they were okay. Still trying to figure out how so much fat lies underneath the skin. Other than that, they were tasty.
Will be back to try some of the other offerings on the menu soon.

The reviewers must be from NC. Marcos pizza is generic low quality pizza, nothing more, nothing less.

Awesome pizza. Really tasty. Salads are good too, always fresh. The sausage/​meatball bake is to die for, we often pair it with crusty bread from home. Online ordering is convenient and makes it easy to customize everything in your order. We are a fan of this place!

AWESOME pizza! Delivered much quicker than the estimated time TO ROLESVILLE!
Not to mention, the delivery driver was incredibly nice.

I had an issue with our delivery. I called and they corrected my order and had a new salad to me within 15 mins. That’s customer service! Thank you and keep it up!

Pizza taste great. Called in the order and I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was ready. I tried to order online and When I went to pick up my order, they didn’t receive my order. I will never order online again! I always call in my orders from now on.

Just discovered this place. Really good pizza, great sauce and not greasy. Loved the all meat one. Excellent service.

My review is for delivery and not for dine in so keep that in mind. First things first the delivery was on time and most importantly the guy had all the things right and did not forget a single thing and that includes red pepper and parmesan cheese packets.
The pizza which I ordered was a veggie pizza and it was delicious and it is one of the best I have had since moving from New York. It was perfectly cooked and cheese was of right amount. I also ordered cheezy bread which was not bad either.
All in all really good pizza with fast delivery and will order again.

Just not very good. They don’t use enough cheese. The pizza was unevenly topped and cooked. And the taste was just bland. I would not recommend. However the good news was they delivered very quickly. So one extra star for the speed. But not for the pizza.

Best pizza I’ve had in a while. My kids have been begging to go back. My son ate three slices and that is a lot for him. We will definately be getting our pizza from here.

My absolute favorite pizza place! It even beats out Pizza hut for me. The pizza is so authentic and fresh. Their delivery time is always impressive. One time they felt they took too long (we didn’t even notice) and we got a free large pizza the next time we ordered! They never disappoint!

Pizza is ok: the best delivery option in our area. But service has slid in the last few weeks. Snippy high school girls seem to be running the register and phones.
I recommend the thin crust pizzas and the Greek salad.

Food is good but I ordered carry out that my son picked up. When he got home the order was wrong so he went back with the receipt. When he got home again, the order was STILL wrong so I had to go back a third time. There was one employee there that did say they were sorry but there was no explanation nor compensation offered. I wasn’t expecting my order to be free, but a coupon for the next order would have been nice. Love the Greek salad and my son loves the pizza, but not sure I will attempt another order anytime soon.

I was really excited for Marco’s to open because it was one of my favorites up in Cleveland. Sadly, I was disappointed. The first time my husband called to place an order and the kid on the phone had no idea what they had to offer and had trouble placing the order. We gave them another chance this week. I placed the order on line. I was getting two medium pizzas with bread and a 2 liter for $ 20. I got to the store. My pizzas were almost ready. No one really spoke to me. The cooler had no regular Pepsi in it, which is what I wanted with my dinner. When I inquired about it, a girl looked back into the kitchen and said I don’t think we have any. The guy that appeared to be placing an order or checking inventory said we are out. Not one, I’m sorry. No customer service AT ALL. Stock the items you sell. Take care of your customers. Extremely disappointed after such anticipation of a hometown favorite. The pizza doesn’t even compare to Marco’s back home.

Ordered a few pizzas opening weekend (Friday night around 9 PM). Pizzas were at my door about 25 minutes after I ordered.
I’ve definitely had better pizza (I grew up in upstate NY), but the overall quality and flavor was way better than the other two chains that deliver in Wake Forest. This was restaurant quality, not processed cheese on cardboard.
My only complaint: the CheezyBread was underwhelming. A bit dry and light on cheese. Other than that, a great experience. This will be our go-​to for pizza delivery in Wake Forest.

Hubs and I have been waiting for a while for Marco’s to open… not because we need another pizza option, but because we received marketing flyers and coupons and were just excited for something new to come to Wake Forest! Huge plus – they deliver! We definitely need more delivery options in WF.
We used our $ 9.99 coupon for a large, one topping pizza, this past weekend, AKA grand opening weekend, so we knew the wait would probably be significant. They said it would take an hour, it took more like an hour 10, but we understood. New staff learning new routes, and I’m sure they were slammed.
Our pizza, extra cheese, arrived piping hot and they were not slim on the cheese. The amount of cheese was massive, which pretty much equals one heavenly piece of pie! It had wonderful flavor, much better than any chain pizza you get.
The Wake Forest restaurant has delivery and take-​out options, but no dine-​in. I’m unsure if this is standard for all Marco’s, but just don’t expect to ride up into Marco’s and have dinner there. The menu is pretty diverse: pizza, subs, salads, wings, and apps/​desserts items. We’re excited to put Marco’s into our delivery rotation!
