McDonald’s

We recently visited twice just because of logistics of other fast food restaurants due to road construction. The 1^st time it was less than good service (staff having their own conversations, unmatched toy in happy meal, spilled drink that staff didn’t rush to clean up — we noticed staff we saw an customer drop a drink), however the second time it was much better. 1^st tip, do not order breakfast after breakfast hours. The sandwiches are not the same as during breakfast hours. Go to Bojangles if you want breakfast all day — McDonald’s has not figured out how to do it the right way yet. The rest of the meal was good, hot and tasted as it should. Establishment was fairly clean, although there were a few napkins under some tables that staff walked by and didn’t clean up. I understand that the quality of staff can depend on where you draw your employees from, but I fully blame the manager on duty who isn’t checking around every hour.

They repeatedly mess up our VERY SIMPLE order. We talked to the manager and she basically just wanted us off the phone. We went inside to get our CORRECT orders, if even possible. The line was long and there was NOBODY taking care of the people in line. They’re VERY understaffed. Calling the owner next. Ridiculous.

I really love this McDonalds the staff are super nice and this is the only McDonalds that gets my order right when I go through the drive through.
The inside of the store is clean and presentable and the bathroom has hot water which means the employees take pride in washing their hands.

I ordered a large coffee from them… it made me sick.
