O2 Fitness Express – Downtown Wake Forest

I love that it’s 24hrs and the fact that it’s never too many people at the gym. Everyone is very friendly

Signed a One year contract. Im still getting charged month to month after sending my cancellation letter. I signed a one year contract with O2 Fitness. O2 Fitness failed to tell me my contract already expired so they still charged me month to month. In order for me to cancel the contract I had to send them a letter of cancellation, which I did. I spoke with Lara the manager she informed me that it has been cancelled but they are still taking money out of my account. Every Time I’ve called O2 Fitness they have informed me my contract is cancelled so if its cancelled what am I paying for?

This O2 Fitness Express replaces two former locations, one on New Falls of Neuse Road, and one off of Perry Creek Road.
The location was previously a Carolina Health Club. It’s in the process of being revamped with new machines and group classes, and more of the modern ‘look’ the other O2 facilities have.
A perk of this location, is that it will still offer 24 hour access, as an express facility, but during certain hours, it will also provide daycare services. That’s an addition that the O2 Fitness Express off of New Falls of Neuse didn’t provide.
The staff is friendly, and they are working the kinks out, that come with transitioning businesses.
I’m sure I will update my rating once this O2 is transformed into the fitness center that I know it can be.
