I’ve been to this Supercuts twice now. This last time I made my appointment online. Easy as pie. I put myself into the capable hands of Elizabeth both visits. She talked to me for quite a while before getting to work on this head of cow-​licked, impossibly fine hair. I was very happy that she really listened to what I wanted her to do to my hair and then proceeded to do just that. I would certainly recommend her even if she didn’t do that hot towel thing with a tiny neck massage thrown in at the end. Oh yeah, I can’t end this without sending extra kudos for a total lack of trying to «sell the cheese» to me. She didn’t steer the conversation to my (obvious) need for a coloring session or even point out the overpriced products I could buy there. I like that very much.

Went here the other day for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. I was very pleased with my haircut. It was done in a very timely fashion and at a great price. I’ll likely be coming back again.
