Wake Forest Pediatrics

This is the best pediatric practice in the area. The physicians are compassionate, wonderful with the kids, up to date academically and always looking out for the best interest of your kids. Dr Ercolino, Dr Robinson, Dr Weinstein are top notch. Dr Ercolino is the only male doctor in the practice, and although harder to get into because he’s so popular, it’s worth the wait. Dr Brandeis and Dr Jain are great also. I recommend them very highly!

This is a multi physician practice. Some are good and some seem like they’d rather be doing just about anything else. Dr. Weinstein is good as is Melody Rodgman, Dr. Jain and Dr. Brandes. The hours are convenient and the sick walk in is certainly attractive. BUT, the front office staff (reception area with 2 – 3 employees) leaves much to be desired. I’ve been snapped at by a long time employee for no reason and a new employee actually pulled me in the lobby area in front of other parents and children to literally yell at me and scold me because my husband and I asked that a form be turned around in one business day. It was a special circumstance (a new school opened registration that day and it was first come first served. We had to have a doctor or nurse take 30 seconds to sign a form so we could turn our application in. They said it would take 2 – 3 days and that was unacceptable as space was very limited and our hands were tied) and we’d been loyal patients for 12 years. Not only was I yelled at, but told that they didn’t appreciate our sense of urgency or care about our daughter’s application process or their role in it. I have never EVER been spoken to this way by anyone, much less a pediatrician’s office in front of patients. We tried to reach the doctor who the receptionist told us felt the same way she did about our request, and the doctor didn’t return our call. If they care so little about losing 2 patients with a 12+ year history… what kind of care do they really give the kids? There are other options in Wake Forest with a much more professional staff and courteous atmosphere. Read Google Reviews… I’m one of MANY dissatisfied parents that has been treated very rudely over the past few years.
