Hannah is the great server in the south. Really, wonderful service, great conversation, great suggestions on menu choices.
Pizza is second to done. Had the pretzel app which was great. Didn’t have the salad tonight but have had them all. All are great!

Delicious pizza and friendly service. Their crust was a little different than what I am used to, but overall it was amazing. Service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back when I am in town again.

It was way too much for what we got. Didn’t like the pizza at all. It was greasy. Ended up in bathroom all night long. Gave me heartburn so bad. Liked the Waiter he was great… The star is for him… I will never go back… To put it bluntly it sucked.

In town for a hockey tournament. Went to Mellow Mushroom– WF after a long day at the rink. We waited about 20 minutes for a table big enough for a large group on Saturday night. We ordered their pretzels for an app– amazing. We had a mix– some were drizzled with honey, some sprinkled with Parmesan and some sprinkled with salt. Honey was the group favorite. Shortly after the pizza came– we got the «Mel Corleone» for the adults and pepperoni for the boys. Everyone was raving about the pizza. We had two in our party get sandwich subs and they were really happy with their choices. The service was excellent– our waitress was attentive and friendly but not overbearing. Highly recommend and would go again when we come back to town!

Dined here on a weekday afternoon on the huge outdoor patio. I can’t speak for the décor or vibe inside but outside was nice, albeit a little noisy from Main Street. The table and chairs are hard metal but the pizza was hot and the ingredients tasted fresh. Server was friendly and attentive. This is a great place to dine outside with children because you don’t have to worry about spills or noise. Also, the pretzels are thick and chewy and delish!

Good staff at this chain location, the pizza is reliably good well cooked and prompt. So many options for pizza you could get dizzy. The beer selection is good and changes to seasonal and specialty fairly frequently. They used to have a fantastic loyalty beer drinkers program which was stopped by abc and that’s a shame! Staff are all polite and a bit hippy but in a good way! You most often won’t get a bad pizza here!

Food generally good, but take away service is iffy. I regularly have problems with either being over charged or having a wrong or incomplete order. Always check before leaving!

Visiting family in the area, second time coming to this Mellow Mushroom, and we loved it just as much as the first time!
I had the House Calzone, which is huge, and stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, and Roma tomatoes, and lots of cheese. Others at our table ordered different kinds of pizzas, which they raved about.
Our server, YaYa, was personable and attentive.
They also have a wide variety of beers, both bottled and on tap.

I am a huge Mellow Mushroom fan and the one in Wake Forest doesn’t disappoint. I love that you can «mix and match» your pizzas and the service is amazingly good. There is absolutely nothing I don’t love about this place. We’ve been to the one in Herndon VA and this one and it seriously doesn’t disappoint.

Great salads with homemade dressing, I love their pizza crust and unique pizza’s. The pretzel appetizers are super yummy! Nice selection of local beers and custom cocktails.
I have to say this place offers a nice big area for seating outside, activities for families, I have always had very attentive and friendly service, clean restaurant and bathroom is always clean (at least every time I have been here– which is rare to find)

For the pizza alone I’d give 4 stars. But for calling ahead, driving 20 minutes, only to find out the order hadn’t even been entered into the system, waiting another 20 minutes only to find the order was WRONG, and that it would be ANOTHER 20 to get it right? –5 stars.
Back to the Glenwood location.

Usually great but today we waited 15 minutes for service. Then when we got our tempeh hoagie there was no feta or sprouts! Whatever were they thinking as those two items are critical to the taste of that sandwich.
Then when I mentioned it they simply brought me a side of feta and sprouts… really?
Very disappointed hope this was a one time thing?

Delicious lunch with excellent service in a bright and cheery environment. I had the Thai hogue minus the mayo. It had a great flavor, lots of chicken and veggies and the sauce was really good. Others at the table had jerk chicken hoagie, also a winner. My neighbor had two slices, they were huge and so fresh looking. If you haven’t been here in a while come back as the food is really good and the service was excellent.

Pizza here is really good. They have such interesting pizza choices, and I have yet to be disappointed! The holy shiitake pie is my personal favorite. Their décor is the best thing ever, very groovy! And their takeout service is really good too. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I had an awful margarita here. Perhaps I need to give it another shot:)

My Wife and I went here for a quick saturday afternoon dinner. We got the oven roasted wing to start with. They are actually very good, they are tender and juicy and not breaded. (Wife hates breaded wings) Then we got a medium house special pizza which was ahhh… just ok honestly. It wasn’t bad but we have had better pizza before. It seems to just lack the flavor I was looking for. Plus it was a little pricey.
The service wasn’t bad either the waitresses was nice and always checked on us. The thing that I really liked about this place was the atmosphere. We sat outside under the patio cover and had plenty of space between the tables and the music was at the right volume.
