Great record store — great selection of used vinyl — found some treasures while there — prices are very reasonable and the staff was very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly — it was great to just talk music for a bit. Will definitely come back!

Great little record store. Grew up near the original Looney Tunes down in Westerly (RIP), and glad to see this business still going now that I live in Wakefield.
Big selection of reasonable priced used vinyl, mostly classic rock, jazz. Really no used indie, hip hop, or anything modern. Most of it not in the best shape, but everything plays. I buy to play, not collect. Walked out of there with about 15 records the first visit. New stuff appears overpriced and limited selection.
Folks need to support this and other local record shops or they will fade into oblivion like so many other things we (folks in their 30s and older) grew up with!!!

I like going to Looney Tunes II when I want music but don’t specifically know what I want. I enjoy browsing their aisles looking at the hand lettered signs. They will handle your special orders, they buy and sell used cds, they also buy and sell vinyl. They have some other funky things also like their LP bowls and some cool old style metal pins and CDs that local bands have recorded at the counter for display. It’s old school and small and thats it’s charm. The staff is very helpful and the window is decorated with dangling CDs which makes it look very cheery.
They have the Providence Phoenix and sell High Times, Mental Floss and of course Rolling Stone.
