I March I had the folks at United — Paul W Taylor pack up my house and move my belongings from Massachusetts to Washington. The folks who came and packed my house were wonderful and the movers who unpacked the truck in Seattle were great too. Six months later, I was moving back to MA and there was no doubt who I was going to use. Again, the folks at United were great. They did a great job packing my boxes and a even better job unloading to my new place in Massachusetts! In both cases, the movers arrived at their final destination just when they said they would. no delays. The cost was better than friends who have used the Pods. If I were to move again, I would call the folks at Paul W Taylor and arrange my move with Sherry and Fred, and request Kiki as my driver!

I work for a company that contracts warehouses year-round for different installations and rollouts and by far this is one of the WORST warehouses we have ever used and I can say there is no way we’ll be using them again. Our installer went to pick up equipment and what turns out to be the owners daughter was yelling at him the whole time. I was on the other end to make sure he picked up all the equipment he needed for the install and I could hear her screaming at him the entire time. Absolutely uncalled for and I recommend everyone not to give this warehouse your business.

DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY! It was the absolute worst moving experience I’ve had. They assigned ONE man to pack up a 2,400 sq.ft. townhouse over two days. At the end of Day One it was evident that packing could not be done by one person, so two more men were sent to help on the second day. The job got done, however, it was not until we were unpacking that we realized how careless the job was. For example, some drawers were literally dumped into the bottom of a dish barrel without any paper for padding, and items were strewn everywhere, unwrapped and broken.(A picture in a glass frame: shattered because it was not wrapped!) When I opened a wardrobe box(usually filled with clothes), I found a toilet brush(unwrapped) amongst the clothing. And I have photos to prove this. More examples: –potpourri dish UNwrapped in a clothes box(the box smelled great!) –toilet plunger unwrapped in dress shirt wardrobe box –numerous unwrapped framed photos and college degrees stuffed into boxes, unwrapped –formal suits in wardrobe boxes were wrinkled because box was too stuffed –books randomly stuffed into a laundry basket with no packing material –toiletries in dish box dumped into box without any proper packing base –pendulum clock packed unwrapped and pendulum thrown in bottom of box –damaged lamp shade, needs replaced –damaged out-of-print books I could go on for pages and pages of complaints, and if Unilocal allowed ZERO stars that’s what I’d give Paul W. Taylor Co., Inc. If you need a moving company in the Boston area, save yourself the aggravation and use CLARK&REID who I should have went with in the first place.
