There is definitely better out there. Trails to terror(TTT from here on out) lives off of its reputation. They buy a pre made story from a website, play the cd/dvd and poorly recycle sets for the hayride. In my opinion, don’t wast your money on the hayride. The forest of fear walk thru is the real gem of the place. It is scary, and I am someone who rips through one to two horror movies a night while cleaning and hanging out. The walk through as various mazes and different settings to walk through. The absolute best is the darkened maze that gets smaller as you wind through it, which historically has been the last item on the walk, but is about halfway through this year(2015). I hope TTT can figure something Mir win entice out for their hayride to continue collecting money over fist with some actual warrant.

I come here every year probably 1 – 3 times with different friends. So I know it pretty well. Overall it’s pretty fun! Really pumps the adrenaline! I wish the prices weren’t so pricey($ 20 for both Hayride and Walk or $ 13 for one of the choices) some of the workers aren’t really friendly either but what else can you do when there’s a bunch of teens running around causing mischief?

This place is terrible and SO overpriced. $ 20.00 for a five minute ride down a dirt road with a set that kindergarten children could have done a better job of creating. The employees were rude and extremely unprofessional, I won’t go into detail but parents do not leave your children alone here. Please do not waste your time or money.

Ultimately I had a lot of fun at Trails to Terror, playing along and screaming when the cast members jumped out of the shadows. The guy with the chain saw and the maze-like squeeze chamber with no lights were truly frightening. The walk-through Forest of Fear was much better(scarier) than the hayride. There should be more people dressed up to jump out and scare you, and they should do it in between the«stops» or attractions for a real surprise factor. The music played from the hayride speakers and while waiting in line was really good.
