Beacon Printing

When I first contacted Beacon printing they stated that if I sent them an example of the business cards I want printed they could match it. I sent our business cards and they looked them over and said yes we can definitely do this. The finished product I received from Beacon printing did not match what I wanted printed. The color, look and feel of the card was different from my original. I called several times to discuss this with them and it has been over a month before I was even able to reach a supervisor/​manager. The supervisor/​manager told me that they were satisfied with their work and would not refund our money. To me this equates to me taking a car to a mechanic to have the brakes fixed and instead he rotates the tires then tells you he is satisfied with his work. I thought that you were suppose to be satisfying your client? I would not suggest this company’s services to anyone.
