I came to this location to do have some file copies made. There are only two self-service copiers here, so if several people come in, there could be some waiting. The one lady working the register seemed incredibly busy by herself, almost as if two employees were necessary. She did admirably keeping up with her customers; management should take note on staff professionalism and scheduling. Copier prices seemed a bit high, even if the cost offsets the maintenance and supplies. All totaled, my experience was average. If I need copies, I will probably look elsewhere, unless I’m in a pinch and need service quickly.

I work for a small non-profit organization and we always have a hard time trying to find printers to meet our needs. There is always a tight budget, tight schedule or a combination of the two… we have bounced around between various FedEx and Staples print centers looking for the best service. By far, this location has the most professional, helpful and competent staff. I had the misfortune of ordering a few next day, large format posters via FedEx’s online portal only to learn my order would not arrive to me when I needed it. However, the manager — Waqar — made sure he did everything in his power to get my order to me. I had a very important meeting that day and had ordered four mounted posters as visual aids. Waqar saved my butt, literally! I couldn’t imagine having to enter into such a large meeting without my posters. The quality was amazing and the boards were very sturdy. Also, FedEx’s posters are larger than Staples by 2 – 3 inches in height and width. The posters I ordered from FedEx’s print center were to match the ones I previously ordered from Staples and the ones from FedEx were much better as far as quality. Better pricing too. Be sure you call ahead if you want same day printing so they can explain your options. I feel if I did this i would have save myself much headache!

I recently used FedEx/Kinko’s to make a large black/white poster for my recent family reunion. The color distinction is important because if you want a large printout in color it could run you $ 100 or more depending on the size. I selected the largest size they had at $ 34 and was very pleased. I gave them the guidelines on a Thursday night and my order was ready Friday afternoon. Their handy work was very nice, they will show you the print out before you leave the store on your initial visit so there aren’t any surprises upon your return. I thought FedEx did an excellent job with the printout, but I’m a guy and you could show me a finger painting and I would say«that works!». The judge and jury is Big Mama and them! Long story short I received no complaints from the fam and one big Unilocal approval from this guy. They’ve come a long way from those Dave Chappelle«popcopy» days!
