Very very slow service. Only 2 customers in store but still waiting over 15 min to get help.

I ordered a stove online and received notice that it was in store, ready for pickup. Upon arrival to the store, they said that they couldn’t find my stove. While waiting for them to locate the magical, vanishing appliance, we saw a microwave that we liked on display. Told the salesman that we wanted it, he said it was discontinued and out of stock, however we cold have the display model for a good discount. They located our stove in their warehouse, we picked it up there, went home and tried to install the microwave. Not only did they pack it up without the turntable, instructions or mounting hardware, but it did’t work either. I argued with the manager in store for about 30 minutes trying to return the microwave. She was insistent that we had the missing parts and were lying to her. We were able to receive store credit. I went back to spend said credit on a surround sound receiver. The sales staff that I uncounted knew nothing about what they were trying to sell, and acted as if they could care less about making the sale. They were very pushy trying to get me to purchase an extended warranty that I repeatedly refused to buy. The first salesman that I dealt with tried to tell me that he couldn’t find my store credit and that I would have to pay full price for my purchase. It took the manager 15 minutes to find it after she was extremely annoyed that I didn’t have my reciept from January showing my return of the microwave. In short, the sales staff is rude and seemingly clueless about their merchandise. My recommendations, Best Buy is next door, go there.

We needed new washer and dryer for our home in a hurry. The salesman Dennis was attentive and informative. He was not pushy. Very helpful and offered a discount on the bases so that we could get the package. Also offered zero percent financing for 2 years. I scheduled delivery and then my schedule got out of whack. Called to reschedule which I thought was going to be a giant pain in the rump. I was wrong. Took one minute. The lady was super nice and prompt. I in love with H H Gregg. They know customer service.
