Sprint Store

Horrible customer service. First, they don’t even answer their phones. Second, they don’t acknowledge any persons entering their store. You walk in and there’s only two people working and about 50 people just loitering around inside. You’re not sure what’s going on or if you’ll ever get to speak to anyone. Oh, and don’t bother making an appointment. It doesn’t really do a thing at all. Apparently the person who is a walk in and wants to switch from Verizon to sprint is a priority. And when you tried calling hours prior before your appointment to make sure they actually had the phone you needed to upgrade to, they suddenly have one and give it to the walk in. But he decides he doesn’t want it so when I asked about it, it’s all of the sudden ‘reserved’ for someone else. How’s that possible? Also about the answering the phone thing. Once I found out they didn’t have the phone I wanted, I said I called way ahead and no one answered as it rang and rang each time I called, he stated they don’t answer phone calls when they are with customers. Well, the other guy was occasionally picking up the phone when it rang. Straight up lie.
I went to a kiosk store in the mall and they had the best customer service and my product I wanted! And even honored my appointment time. Screw this store. They are a complete joke. I recommend not going here. Go to the one at the mall. You won’t regret it.

I would not recommend this store!!! When I first bought my knew phone the representative wa very helpful. But found out that was just because ibwas spending money. He pitched and I purchased a screen protector for my Galaxy S6 that if it got damaged I could return and get a new one for the life of my phone. Well it cracked in one corner so I went back to the store. They told me they did not have any in stock for my S6 and they did not know whem they would have any in because they do not know what comes in the delivery or what day items would be delivered. I asked if they could call me and they rep said yes. Over a month later I went back in after not recieving an call. Another rep told me they did not have any of the protectors in but he never asked me what type phone I had. Yeah right you are out of every single phone model of protectors. Then hw said they dont make calls to customers or save items for customers so i would have to keep coming back until I happen to come in when they had some in Stock. I then find out that its not a lifetime warranty but only a year warranty. This was from the same rep that sold it to me. These people are crooks and liar’s. When they are recieving there commission for selling you a phone and accessories they are great. Do not give your money to this store!!!
