The service was wonderful. The employees were so nice and double checked to make sure they were giving us the right order. The janitor was also very kind to us, telling us to enjoy our food and have a nice day. Our food was fresh and tasty and we enjoyed every second of our visit. They are definitely worthy of 5 stars. I was very surprised by the other reviews, but my visit was definitely 5 stars.

Nasty, the food was cold, the floor sticky, this place needs to be clean, and not with a nasty mop. I won’t give even one star… Yuck!!!

It’s Saturday, 12 noon. A total of ten folks already eating, three cars in the drive through, one woman putting in her order at the counter… and I have the misfortune of walking in. 15 minutes later I finally receive my simple order, which gave me quite a while to watch the staff… I’d say I watched them work, but most of them weren’t.working, that is. With the noticeable exception of a young man working the grill(long, very neatly kept braided hair, well spoken and trying to keep the place running AND cajole coworkers into. working) and the special needs kid toting pails of ice and cleaning the dining room. a Completely inept staff. That includes the female shift manager. By the way, I’m eating, but it’s not what I ordered. I hope who ever ordered this bacon double cheese burger is enjoying my rather plain single… too bad I can’t enjoy his bacon or extra burger(can’t eat either, which just might be why I didn’t order them!) no, I didn’t point out the problem. I’m hungry, I’ve waited long enough and after the third mistake(baked potato, not fries, unsweet tea, not soda) I caught… I’m giving up.

I’m not going to waste my time with a long review, suffice it to say drive through took 15 mins for two adult meals and a kids meal with no modifications, and the food was cold when we got it. After 15 mins that makes sense. The food was probably ready in 3 – 5 mins but the whole front staff was walking about lazily as if they had not a care in the world.

Cook @ home. How do you explain no napkins & an inept employee sticking the metal French fry scoop into the bun toaster? As the charred buns hit the floor she looked down briefly & didn’t bother to pick them up. It didn’t matter because the trash was overflowing near the food prep area. Customer service was an option for the crew working. On a positive note, they have the St. Jude Research Hospital tags for $ 1. You get a mini frosty each visit with a purchase.
