Went here on Sunday and was not at all impressed. I love Panda Express, and although my food was fresh, the customer service was HORRIBLE!!! The employees were rude and unprofessional. They made me feel as though I had inconvenienced them by walking thru the door.
If I have to base my experience on customer service alone, I would NEVER return to this location. The two star rating is bc the pacific chili shrimp was fresh and its one of my favorite entrées!

I have always had an awesome experience at this Panda Express. I always get the fried rice and teriyaki chicken kids meal for me (I know, I’m an adult). Food has always been good and hot! I would recommend them.

This is my third time eating at this place and the food is just plain horrible to the point that I just threw my food in the trash. Three strikes and I’m done forever… the beef & broccoli was salty and hard. The orange chicken was horrible as well. The lo mein was equivalent to uncooked ramen noodles. I know they must get alot of biggest complaints about the food.

Went here last night for dinner and was not pleased with my food. I ordered steamed white rice (rice undercooked, very crunchy), orange chicken (chicken tasted pretty old as if it had been sitting), and broccoli beef (this was actually really good). It seems like every time I go there, something is wrong with my order. While the staff is friendly for the most part, there is a lot of standing around and socializing going on. Even the cook stands around a socializes at times.
I will not be returning. Yesterday was my last time visiting this location.

I love Chinese food and was excited to try this place. I’ve only been there twice and never again! The first time, the food was great. This time, there were two large bug’s legs in it. I ordered the 2 entrée plate and had the Kung Pao Chicken and Fire Cracker Chicken… the New Year one. Also had Fried Rice. The legs were in one of the chicken dishes. They were about 1 inch long each and looked like roach’s legs. I seriously feel like I want to throw up right now just thinking about it! This just confirms my thought to try harder to only eat what I make or buy from the store. I wish I had a better experience!

Never been a fan of Panda Express in the past. But this one recently opened in Waldorf and the food is fresh and delicious. My only disappointment is they discontinued the sesame chicken. That made me sad.

Last night I enjoyed a wonderful meal from Panda Express! It had not always been great though… One time we were starving after the airport (we went to Missouri) and so we went to this restaurant and we asked for rice. Our response was «we don’t have any rice «we were horribly upset so we left.

Grand opening. Beautiful display of food and polite employees. I was very impressed with the selection of many foods even more than what was on the website.
I ordered the family pack which gave me two sides and three entrees. The rice was not sticky, the noodles were so tasty, the teriyaki chicken needed more sauce and wasn’t the greatest, and the Orange chicken was spot on.
First impression, I’ll be back!!!
