Very unprofessional. Once food was received my order want complete it was missing the shrimp asked the waitress 3 times and each time she said she was getting it. And once it was brought to me I was already done with my food. Hostess wasn’t very polite most of the staff you can here swearing and just being un professional. All around the staff should be rehired.

Wait time was extremely long. Hostess might have been new? Not sure but I think a manager stepped in and took over and seated people rather fast. Food was awesome. Came on a busy Saturday night. Music wasn’t too loud. They played all the jamz. Plan about 2.5 hours before your movie starts… Only because the wait might take 45min-1 hour.

Omg! Omg! Omg! Is this TGI Friday or TGI a Nightclub. The waiter was good, I would give him 4 stars. The food was typical TGI Friday, I would give it 4 ½ stars; my burger was dry. We were seated pretty quickly considering the place was packed, so I would give that 5 stars. But… I did not know that we would be eating in a club! The music was so loud, I could barely hear myself think. Why would they have loud club music playing in a public restaurant? The music was taste-specific; they did not consider everyone in that restaurant. I thought it was very inconsiderate. That restaurant is just an incident waiting to happen. I’m going to make sure I’m not there when it does.

So I’ve been a fan of Friday’s for a few years, hadn’t been in a while until last night. I won’t be back but let’s cut to the chase. Last night my coworkers and I decided to go out for a drink and dinner. From ordering our very first drink, it literally took 15 min to come from the bar and they all came seperate. Our food all came out in waves which is awkward with a group of 8. One person ddnt get their appetizer until after her meal came. The waitress then disappeared for a period of time. Don’t get me wrong, she was a sweet girl, but either she was new or didn’t know what she was doing. We asked for the checks… this process then took 40 minutes. It began to snow and we all wanted to get out of there. She reviewed what we each had at least 3 times yet our checks came and 6 out of 8 were wrong. Prices wrong, drinks wrong, etc. After getting them fixed, some were still wrong. At this point were just annoyed. After 3 times we said whatever and paid the bills. All of this and the restaurant was not even busy, tons of open tables. The manager was around but not once did she come over. Boo.

I have always loved Fridays from my time in college back in 2003. We(Hubby and I) order out most of the time because this place is packed and the last time we got there we didn’t even get a chance to order because our waiter to took long. So now we just order out. The food has always been good. The pretzels and cheese, macc and cheese are good. I would suggest ordering out but to avoid on Friday nights and weekends if possible because it is packed and there is a long wait for your food even if you sit and dine or pick up. One time Hubby had to wait 20 minutes despite ordering our food 20 minutes prior and being told the food would take 15 minutes.

If I could give negative stars I would. I can’t eat most of the appetizers due to allergies. I asked for the steak and appetizer combo and was told I can’t substitute the one appetizer I am able to eat. So they wanted me to pay over $ 25 for an appetizer and flat iron steak rather than the appetizer and steak combo for $ 16. My roommate is a manager and a friend of mine is a regional manager for the company but both at different locations. I asked them why they can’t substitute the appetizer and both of their responses were«You can substitute the appetizer, the server just needs a manager to approve/override it. If your server isn’t willing to do it, it’s because they are being lazy.» The manager on duty just stopped by and said that they aren’t willing to substitute the one appetizer. Gotta love lazy ignorant people. Last time I visit TGIFridays in Waldorf, or any where for that matter.

Good nearby naiborhood spot. Awesome cocktails at great happy hour prices! Love the pretzels with the beer cheese.

If you’re just dying for endless apps & a peach sangria like I was to get me in the mood for Star Wars then you better hope your wait is worth it. We were a party of 4 and told we would have to wait 45 minutes. NBD except that there were no less than 6 tables empty in my line of sight. Additionally the hostess told everyone in line after us a random time for their wait. Party of 5? 15 minutes. Party of 2? An hour. It was nutty and not the first time it has happened. Our server Dominique will probably stop writing her name on napkins to help people remember her after this review… All 4 of us ordered the endless apps and were brought out wrong apps that not one of us ordered. We said we would box them up but she said that’s not allowed to the food was wasted. Lastly my spinach dip took 25 minutes longer than anyone else’s last round so she said she would give it to me to go because«that’s ridiculous» I totally agree Dominique! You know what’s more ridiculous?! That after getting home and thinking I would have a nice post #theforceawakens snack I opened my To go bag find a leaky mess. Not being one to linger on the negative I thought okay… I’ll make the hubs some nachos– the cheese is already covering all the chips. My man had no snack– because after tasting the creation I realized that she had filled the small container with what I can only assume was vanilla ice cream. It was sticky, sweet and vanilla covered. And naturally I didn’t get my stripes added for this visit either. Get it together Friday’s!

Did you know there is a TGI Fridays in Waldorf? Me either. I mean I was so excited to find it! I won’t go again. Why? Glad you asked! Have a seat, this is going to take a minute. Things started off pretty good. The bar was full and as loud as one can expect for a Monday night. There were like… I don’t know 4 maybe 5 other tables in the place with people at them.(Should have been a clue) My lovely wife and 3 children were seated with me as close to the bar as they could get us. We order drinks and an appetizer. It seemed a little long to get the pretzels and cheese dip, but it was hot fresh and delicious! Sadly, that will be the last good thing I can say about the place. My wife was not too hungry, so she ordered the appetizer sliders for her meal. The kids had burgers, Fries and ribs. I asked for a burger off the build your own burger menu with a side salad ranch dressing on the side. After about 20 minutes, my wife received her sliders. We all expected to see out food in short order. We could have not been more wrong. 45 minutes after we ordered our food, I asked for a manager so I could pay for the food and drinks that had been delivered to our table.(The kids have to go to bed some time.) When I asked the greeter to please get me a manager(Has not seen our server for 20 minutes or more) She disappeared and another 5 minutes or so later, the manager our server and another server scurried out with our food. I let the kids eat there’s because it seemed cooked and they did not seem to care that it looked like left overs. I picked up my burger and was not happy even before I took a bite. I felt a cold bun and saw cheese that looked like it had been melted at some time today, but it sure wasn’t melty anymore. I took a bite against my better judgement, and that was enough for me. It was room temperature and so were my fries. I cut the burger in half and discovered it was still pink. I specifically asked for it to be 100% cooked with no pink. For those of you paying attention, you may notice I was not pleased about the fries being cold. BUTWAITTHERE’S MORE! If you look back at the beginning of this rant, you will see that I ORDERED A SALAD, NOTFRIES!!! The pics below are of my meal that I was not able to choke down. There is also a pic of the peanut butter sandwich and epic glass of milk I had for dinner when I got home as well. I would not go to this restaurant again, even to just to poop.

We will only be going here during the day, or week, no weekends for us! My best friend drove up here from VA And it was late at night on a Friday so we went out searching for restaurants. My husband and i had an EXCELLENT experience here a month before hand when we went for lunch, great service, food was awesome, so I chose this restaurant. We walked in and were totally caught off guard. It was so loud and obnoxious. It was more like a club than a bar/restaurant. The hostess was completely rude and acted annoyed that we had even walked in there. We were told it was going to be a 45−1hr wait. We politely said no thanks and went and found somewhere else. Like I said, only during the day!

We go here for late-night drinks and I have to say, I’m NEVER disappointed. Jeff is pretty much the greatest bartender who has ever lived! Go and see him!

The absolute worst service that I’ve EVER received at a restaurant, let alone any Friday’s. First, we were seated at the bar while our table was being prepared. The bar top still hadn’t been cleared from previous guest. About 5 minutes later the bartender removes the dishes and 15 minutes later we received our drinks. At this point another couple was seated at what should’ve been our table. The hostess admitted that she forgot about us and she would seat us next… Crisis averted, or so I thought… We placed an order for appetizers at the bar prior to being seated 35 minutes later, after we were told it would only be 10 minutes for a table. App was delivered to our table 15 minutes after being seated only to have part of it to fall off of the plate. We waited 30 minutes for a replacement. Needless to say we were NOT happy. My gf ordered a drink that came 2 minutes after we decided to leave but since our waitress never returned to check on us. So we decided to pay for the drink and leave. After exiting the restaurant, we were stopped by an officer, stating that we didn’t pay our bill. My girlfriend returned, pointed out the money on the table, accepted apologies from the waitress and officer. We WILLNEVERPATRONIZETHISFRIDAY’S EVERAGAIN. Horrible, atrocious service!!!
If I could rate this restaurant lower I would. The service is absolutely absurd!!! Arrived at 8:40pm and with barely 15 people in the restaurant, it took the waitress 15 minutes to come over to greet us. I took pictures of how empty the restaurant is and wish I could attach them to give you a perspective. We placed our order for appetizers and they were delivered 15 minutes later without plates or silverware. The person delivering our appetizers was not our waitress. I asked her for silverware, to which she replied ok. The silverware never showed up, so I got up to take silverware off another table. I went back to the galley to ask for plates and found my waitress texting on the phone. The next set of appetizers where cold and it has been 15 minutes since we have seen her. Just got my next order of appetizers. To be fair, I have much better experiences at this location. Recommendation: make texting while on duty an absolute no no.

This place is the worse I swear! I came today 7−2−15 to give it a second chance but once again service sucks. The server didn’t even come to our table when we sat down and when she did she didn’t even ask us what we wanted to drink until she was walking way. This is the second time we have had her for a server and she’s the worse. I believe if you aren’t african American you won’t get good service here so much for african americas saying others are racist. Don’t come to this TGIF ! Sucks! You will regret it! And just to top it off we waited 45 min to get shitty service. Thanks.

This is the second time the service has sucked. Last time stopped by because movie was 1 and ½ hrs following. Ended up having to box the food before the movie. Today. Only three tables with people. We order appetizers 30 min ago(chips and salsa). I had to find someone to get it. My wife asked for appetizer as meal and it came out with the late appetizer. Food nowhere in site. Plenty of staff in the back talking however and people who came in at the third table received there appetizers even thou theirs required cooking.

The food was pretty good, but the customer service was horrible. Drink orders were forgot about had to flag someone down to find the waitress. When she finally came made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her. Safe to say I will not be eating here anymore.

Their wings are better then Applebee’s and the fries too. The service can improve, mainly in the bar area. there’s not that many tables there for the server to forget about you. Not a fan of the endless apps either. Gave five stars because its my favorite happy hour place. They have a DJ on friday happy hour. The bartender Jeff is the BEST!!!

I’ve been to several TGIF’s over the course of the years, even to the ones in Dublin and Belfast, and the one in Leicester Square in Central London. But the verdict has always been the same for me — you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. I usually end up going as part of a group as opposed to my wanting to visit it myself, and on this occasion it was the same. On this particular visit, to this Waldorf one, I had their whatever burger. I forget the name because it was alright — it wasn’t filling, or even super hot, it just was. It had very emaciated, dry bacon in it, though. My sister and bro-in-law got appetizers as did I, but they were just usual mini bar food that we all seemed to just eat but not necessarily enjoy, if that makes sense? Thank goodness they at least sell beer to help numb away the waiting. Anyway — the food isn’t horrible or anything, but it is just not delicious from the point of view that it is memorable, or that you do genuinely secretly crave it regularly, or as if it is the first stop in your mind if you have the cash and the mates to spend it with. The other thing is the wait times. This location usually has a wait time of a week to get your food, and it may not be too bad if it weren’t for the fact that there are usually several loud, obnoxious other patrons in the place. Nah, not for me.
