A wonderful stay overall! We stayed at the Moffett House for 5 days and 4 nights. It was as the web site detailed, with a partial ocean view, nice home with plenty of kitchen items(silverware, dishes, etc.) and newer appliances(microwave, oven, fridge). We found everything we needed and then some. A great location, quiet neighbors(barely saw them!), and hardly any traffic on the road near the house. If you’re at all sensitive to perfume laundry detergent, you may need to wash the towels with your own before using their towels. The detergent was very smelly, which a majority of my family is sensitive to, so we noticed it quickly. But the towels were clean and nice, so overall it’s not a complaint! We did run low on toilet paper, and when I popped into the rental office to ask for more, I felt I was met with some resistance to give us what they were to provide. I am unsure if I just came in at a bad time?! It was a bit offputting and I almost wished we’d just ran into town to buy our own, though after a couple of questions from them, they gave us a couple of more rolls. BUT overall it worth the money and was a great location as I said. When the initial reservation was made months ago, I was contacted pretty quickly by phone to confirm and go over a few things about the house. A very pleasant phone call, and when we checked in to get the keys, we were met with pleasant employees once again. I am guessing the toilet paper timing(haha) was just an off day or hour for their employees. ;) We hope to stay at the house again in the future if we come back to Waldport! We are so glad we went with it though!

Recently we spent four days at GG’s and had the best time ever! The home was beautiful and homey. The views take your breathe away. We watched an eagle on the beach, right from the dining room window! The house has everything you need for a worry free stay, just bring you and food. We actually felt as though we were home. I would recommend this home for all around comfort and the views. I would also recommend Bayshore if you are looking to rent a vacation home at the coast. The people there are super friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several of their rentals and enjoyed each of them! WE will definitely be going back!

Great experience all around. We rented the Floering home right on the beach. We were on cloud nine with the beautiful house and view. Bayshore was awesome to deal with. Couldn’t ask for anything better. We now are long term customers.

Have stayed in Waldport with Bayshore several more times since the last update. Our experience has always been very good. The service from the rental agency has been excellent. They know what the heck is going on and take care of business. I’m sure it’s no easy task to take care of property owners, guests and properties all at the same time, but somehow they manage to do it very well. Having been a regular customer for a few years now, I have a couple tiny quibbles. Sometimes the homes are not described totally accurately. For example, there is a difference between a loft and a bedroom. Ask me how I know. :-) The last house we stayed in had huge warnings that if we moved furniture there would be a $ 100 charge. Not very friendly sounding. We wanted to move the table by the window to do a puzzle(better light) but didn’t. When you rent with Bayshore your nightly rental is not all-inclusive. You also pay a booking fee and a cleaning fee and a pet fee. Pet fee I get. I’m happy to pay it. Booking fee is a bit lame especially since it’s done online usually without any help from them. Cleaning fee I understand. These are homes that have to be cleaned whether you spend one night or ten nights. What I don’t get is a $ 125 cleaning fee and still being asked to do laundry(strip beds?), take out trash, etc. For $ 125 can’t they do the laundry? It really is a fabulous agency with some nice(and not so nice) properties. Some of them are priced a bit high for what they are and some are real gems for the price. It’s a bit far from home for us but we really love the area so we will probably continue to go at least once or twice a year.

After 20 years of renting from these guys, we will never rent from them again. On our two last times of staying we were accused of many things — none true. We were told we showed a blatant disregard for the homeowners even though we ALWAYS super clean up, washing & drying bedding & towels, doing all dishes, etc. We were blamed for pet stains on a white rug. We were told that neighbors had turned us in for having dogs. By looking at our records for 20 years it is clear we ALWAYS bring dogs &ALWAYS pay for them. We have received unpleasant emails & phone calls from these people. There are plenty of other great places to stay in Oregon & we will never use Bayshore again.

Cute rentals. Bait & switch website. I was looking at a $ 85.00 a night dog-friendly rental. Good deal, right? Well, taxes and fees added $ 45.00 a night, then a dog fee added $ 25.00 a night. We would have ended up paying $ 155.00 a night. That is a huge difference! If the taxes and fees are going to add up to so much, a business should give some indication of their magnitude up front.

I am SOOOOOO late! We so enjoyed our experience renting from Bayshore Rentals! The staff was accommodating, honest, helpful, and fun to boot! We got to enjoy not one, but two of their rentals since family members rented a beach front home(we rented the Kaminski House :). I’ve written a FULL review and have a bajillion photos to share. Suffice to say, there’s too much to say about this option for travelers to post in a single Unilocal review. This company deserves front page on my travel blog! Coming soon — full Kaminski House review with photo gallery. In the meantime — pack your bags, load up the dog, the kids, and any family you really happen to like spending leisure time with and head to the coast. Call Bayshore Rentals for a guaranteed great experience! Thanks for being so pleasant to work with — we loved the home you helped us select, and the value was unbeatable! We’ll be back!

What a pleasant find!!! We were looking for a couple of nights stay at the Oregon Coast area and were googling here and there to look for affordable rooms in the area. After nearly booked with the 1 star motel around the area(the rate was about $ 80/night/room!!), I bumped into Bayshore Rentals LLC website by accident. What a surprise!!! A rental vacation home, near the beach that’s only $ 70−100/night!!! So, we booked the Cozy Cabin for our stay in mid-June and we got their presummer rate of $ 90/night for this cozy and beautiful 2 bed 2 bath house, 5 houses away from the prestine beach of Waldport, OR. There were four of us staying at this beautiful home, steps away from the beach :) The internet works great and the TV has lots of channels. In addition, they have a fully stocked kitchen. we cooked and had breakfasts during our stay and also enjoyed a wonderful homemade dinner at the house. We brought our own towels and paper products as we were told to, but we didn’t use them because it turned out. they had lots of clean towels and paper products in the house. We were also glad that the house had such a great insulation, the house always had perfect temperature, despite the 30 degrees weather outside at night and 80 degrees outside in the afternoon. We will certainly rent from Bayshore rentals again if we ever go back to Oregon Coast :)

My boyfriend and I just got back from a weekend at the Bohemia Bungalow. Our house was a lot bigger than we were expecting, and had a great view of the ocean(although he thought it would be closer than it was). The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as some of the other houses I’ve rented. We were told to bring bath towels, paper products, and toiletries, but there were clean towels in the house(to our surprise). We enjoyed a starlit walk on the beach the first night, and a cozy fire in the living room the second night. A very romantic weekend! This was the fourth time I’ve rented from Bayshore Rentals, and each time I’ve been impressed by the value for your money, the privacy you get in each house, and the very friendly office staff. If you’re looking for a nice retreat and don’t need to be in town and don’t plan on eating out, I highly recommend getting a house through Bayshore Rentals.
